Arrowhead Mountain Inn

Currently staying, I have to say this place is nothing short of amazing. It is still under renovation on the exterior but the bedrooms are finished, as that is where you will be staying I think that is more important. The manager is extremely nice and I don’t think that’s for appearances only. For instance when we parked farther down road he came out in a hurry to let us know of a more convenient spot. He gave us amazing recommendations for the surrounding area and constantly made us feel welcome. Will gladly stay again just for the homey feeling.

Luckily, I found this place right when I needed it. I stayed here rather than brave the weather conditions. It was cloudy and foggy and at 6k feet, yeah, just stay putt.
They are accommodating and friendly. The room I stayed in was newly renovated. It snowed that night and in the morning looking out the window, I see the woods covered in snow.

I stayed here with my wife for one night. The front is definitely worn but I could tell this property is under renovation. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Our room had recently been renovated and was quite nice and cozy. I loved the comfort of the bed. However, the room was missing cups but the manager gave us some. And the hot water in the shower was just warm. Also, I am very sensitive to smells and it seemed a little musty when we first got in. I think in the future that this inn will be better since the manager seems very committed to improvements.

This place is amazing!!! Free wifi free parking and the peace in this place is incredible. Manager David is very friendly and willing to accommodate his guests to the best of his ability. He gave us room #3 which was perfect for us. Highly recommended. Will definitely come back

We stayed overnight after a wedding nearby. The owner manager couldn’t be nicer. The Inn is currently being renovated so the outside is a bit scary. The room we stayed in (#4) had a Jacuzzi tub and was clean and nicely renovated. The TV however was not working. When we asked if they could get it working a lengthy process began troubleshooting the problem. Thanks to David’s tenacity the problem was resolved. A for effort comes to mind. All in all I would say that is an up and coming motel with great customer service and budding amenities. Give this hotel a shot. I bet the experience will improve with each and every patron

I was shoping around for a good place to stay the weekend of my friend’s wedding in September. I spoke with several different hotels, read reviews on Unilocal; I investigated. I just got off the phone with this place. Out of 4 different hotels I spoke with, the customer service I received from this place really stood out to me, and makes me want to pick this place solely based on that. I noticed this place only has 2 reviews, and there is a mention of the place currently being renovated, but that’s how good the service was.
I had the pleasure of speaking with the manager, David. Right of the bat he was very kind and helpful. Answered all of my questions throughly and made some very good suggestions. I asked about transportation on the mountain and he looked online for me and provided me with whatever idea he could find for transportation (there isn’t much over there). When I mentioned where the wedding would be and how my husband and I didn’t want to have to drive after (open bar) he even recommended closer hotels that would be of more convenience. Haven’t checked that place out, but I felt compelled to write them a good review. With a manager like that, how can they go wrong.

The new owners are doing fabulous. Try room 1, 3, 9. Prices are reasonable and renovations are going great. Dave (manager) was knowledgeable, friendly, and I can’t wait to stay again!

My friends and I stayed here for a relaxing weekend. It’s a great place which is within walking distance of the Lake Arrowhead Village. Price is reasonable, suite very spacious and comfortable, David (manager) was really friendly and helpful. We just thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The building may look a bit tired but it’s under renovation. Planning to come back soon with my kids. I recommend this place to stay.
