Nice atmosphere inside, warm & friendly. Brews are tasty but they need to upgrade their snacks. Currently not much to offer to snack on while drinking. I’d stay longer at places if they have comfort food to, «snack» on so I’m not drinking on an empty stomach. You can order meals from the restaurant next door. I plan on frequenting this place.

Great brewery with some delicious IPAs and my wife loves to order the cider/mead blend titled the«Chuck Norris.» Really nice family atmosphere and the outdoor space is awesome when they have live music and the kids need to burn off some energy.

My wife and I finally had the opportunity to make the trip over to Lake Ann from Crystal Mountain to check out this new microbrewery. It was definitely worth the trip. They have quite a selection of craft beers on tap and they are one of the few microbreweries that carry a nice selection of cider on tap. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Matt the owner/brewer was on hand to talk to customers and share his craft. We enjoyed ourselves and will be back often. We hope to see you at the next Crystal Mountain Beer & Brat Festival next year!

Great place. We tried a flight of all the beers, a couple ciders, and one of the meads. All were high quality. The American Ale was my favorite and it was really nice to order food from the Stone Oven, which was tasty as well. The atmosphere was up north charming on the inside and very relaxed outside. The kids were playing corn hole while we enjoyed some drinks. Matt is a great host and was very attentive to all the customers. We’ll be back!

Stopped in here about a week after they opened. Place was hopping at 9pm, especially considering they close at 10. The ambiance wasn’t horrible but it was quite dark with only sparse track lighting. The back bar had a cute«up north» feel. We had a flight of all the beers except the IPAs. The Blonde and the Wheat were decent, but I found the Amber, Porter, and Pale Ale to be a bit too bitter. Overall not too bad, but nothing to really draw me back. It’s success is likely going to hinge on it being close and convenient for locals and seasonal residents.

My family and I have a found a new favorite watering hole! Situated in quaint Lake Ann, this place has a charming indoor bar/seating area, and a delightful back patio with new picnic tables with umbrellas. There’s also a corn hole set to enjoy while sipping a beverage. Menu consists of about 6 or so Lake Ann Brews — Blonde, Wheat, IPA, Porter, etc. Add to that multiple cider, mead and wine selections from Tandem Ciders, St. Ambrose Cellars, and Left Foot Charley(all local favorites too!) Prices range from $ 1.50/$ 2 ea for a small tasting flight pour, or $ 4.50 — $ 6 for a pint(extremely reasonable). Additionally they have a wide selection of local homemade soda(free refills!) so family friendly too! We came here with varied individual tastes and all left with a smile on our face! There are also musical acts scheduled and the whole place is family run — owner Matt was delightful to engage with making it a real personable visit. Food is not on the menu, but is available from Stone Oven next door. Look forward to revisiting and spreading the word about this new local gem!
