this is as good as it gets ! I called some what desperate, and within an hour Chris showed up at my doorstep and got my heater working again. Chris had come out before, and he is such a nice guy, and does such a good job, I really can’t thank him enough. Since I have my own business I know how hard it is to find good workers and Chris is one of them ! It is also now days hard to find someone who answers the phone, or returns phone calls, this business does that !!! Yeah, I am so appreciative, and highly recommend !

We built our house on Lake Almanor in 2001 and installed radiant floor heat which was somewhat of a novelty at the time in that area.
In May 2013 the broiler which heats the domestic and radiant floor water stopped working and left us in a jam as we had weekly renters coming in a few days.
The owner of Almanor Energy came out and looked at our situation and then sent Jason, who was fantastic! He really had to do some major cleaning resulting from our neglect of annual maintenance but he got it working!
His efforts saved us literally many thousands of dollars that we would have had to pay for a new broiler.

A big THANK YOU for not giving up easily in your effort to fix our unit and not resorting to just replacing it– which would have profited your business more– but would have really hurt our pocketbook.
