Don’t expect a fancy office… Do expect someone to listen and care about you — that alone is priceless! I have HMSA and the doctor at the Wailuku clinic is lacking, in so many respects, that I hate going there. I called and made an appointment, I had heard that Dr. Rae is good. I wish there were more doctors like her, she cares! And takes the time to REALLY help you fix your eyesight and get what you need and WANT. Well, I didn’t want bifocal contacts, but after trying out a couple, we got the right one and I am happy with the results.
