Let Me Show You Maui

Rob was referred to us by a frequent Maui visitor and we couldn’t be happier to have taken her advice. This was our first trip to Maui and wanted to take it all in, but we didn’t have time before we left to thoroughly research and plan out the trip like we usually do. We’re also independent and adventurous, so we knew the traditional guided bus tours were not going to work for us. Rob was the perfect fit.
He did all the driving on the way to Hana so we could either sit back, relax, and enjoy the breathtaking views or partake in waterfall swimming, beach bumming, road side dining, hiking, spelunking, etc. We enjoyed every minute of it. We had a blast! Rob was prepared for everything and anticipated our every need and photographed every moment fire is so we didn’t have to tote our camera around. He also allowed us to have some private time.
Kudos to Rob! I highly recommend him, especially if it’s your first visit to Maui.

This guy told me to come meet him so I stopped what I was doing and me and my girl started driving over towards him halfway there he called me back up and said his masseuse has an opening for him so he’s going to take a massage instead. I was blown away. I hope this guy doesn’t ever get business and This is the first time I’ve ever gone out of my way to post something. I never got a call back or an apology or anything I rescheduled nothing! The guys a kook!

Our first trip to Maui was perfect. And Rob was a huge part of it! The 11 hour tour we took with Rob was the most memorable part of our vacation, even better than our helicopter tour! He took us on the road to Hana, counter-​clockwise, like the locals do it. He had water and snacks, sunscreen and towels, and pretty much everything we could possibly need. We stopped many places along the way, several hidden beaches and waterfalls that we never would have seen without him. Swimming at a beautiful, secluded waterfall was so amazing, not another soul in sight! YES, on the crowded road to Hana, he took us places where we were the only ones! Amazing! Lunch at a roadside stand was awesome, and only $ 10! Some of the hikes could be considered somewhat technical for some, but Rob knew our abilities and we made it without any problems. He was always there to lend a hand to my 72 year old mother who had a total hip replacement earlier this year! A huge plus for this journey… Rob took pictures of us all along the way, and the next day he gave us a flash drive with 378 pictures!!! Unbelievable! And these are pictures with me and my wife and my mother in them, not just trees and waterfalls and beaches, and it’s my opinion that years down the road, those are the pictures you want to have. Looking at those pictures in our condo made us laugh, and even shed a tear, remembering the most EPIC day ever!
Our best day in Maui was 100% because of Rob. He is such an upbeat, positive person. It’s obvious he loves his job. His enthusiasm was just as awesome in the 11^th hour as it was in the first! Sharing his knowledge of the the island and people and culture with us was so much better than reading it out of a book! And even after the trip, he was a great resource for any questions we had, from food to drives to activities. We had the great fortune to spend more time with Rob before our return home, and even his 104 year old grandmother that he takes care of! They’re both amazing people, and one of the main reasons we’re already planning our return next year!
The price was so incredibly reasonable, I would do the trip again in a heartbeat! Is it cheaper to do the drive yourself? Yes, but it will NEVER come close to going with Rob, I promise!

Our time with Rob was one of the most amazing days in recent memory. We did the road to Hana, but not the way we ever would’ve known or thought to do it. He not only knows all of the secret spots, but he also really highlights every aspect of each experience without making you feel rushed along he way. The four of us who went on the tour are not generally adventure seekers, but we found ourselves taking advantage of new experiences at each turn.
If you want a custom trip to see the real Maui with someone who knows the island, go hang with Rob. I would write more detail, but you really need to have the experience for yourself. Tell him what you’re looking for and then just enjoy the day!

This guy is seriously amazing. Our vacation was made because of the time we spent with rob. Dude is funny, knowledgable, prepared, and crazy attentive. We had a blast! And have fallin in love with maui because of all the hidden treasure we would have never found without rob.

I would recommend Rob for anyone wanting the best experience on a vacation. He took a lot of great pictures for us and the kids. Whatever you want to do on Maui this is the guy that will show you. Thanks Rob we will be back again and can not wait for our next adventure.

This guy knows EVERY secret spot on Maui! He took us to private, secluded beaches, waterfalls, hikes and more. He is down to earth and enthusiastic about everything. We really felt the aloha spirit. He even photographed the entire day and captured our personalized excursion. Paddle boarding, underwater with turtles, rock climbing, hiking and so much more. Thank you Rob for making this a life-​changing event for us! Our trip would not have been nearly as memorable without the experience that Rob Lucas gave us. I can’t imagine having come to Maui without meeting him.

Rob has a fantastic company here. He completely personalized your day to exactly what you want — and it could be anything from adventure activities eg hiking, waterfalls, rock jumping to snorkeling, stand up paddle boarding etc. We hired stand up boards from him and he gave us a full lesson free of charge. We then decided to do a day tour with him and it was everything and more! We went to places only locals would know, went to some of the more recognised «Maui» destinations but he knew how to avoid the crowds, and we even had the opportunity to taste local Hawaiian food which was sensational!
Honestly we can’t speak more highly of him and his company. You wouldn’t go wrong with getting rob to help out with your holiday. One piece of advice — call him early so he can show you around and give you all the inside info on how to get the most out of Maui!
