I made an appointment for an alignment on my truck. I brought it in and he told me it would take 2 hours. Well then why did I make an appointment? I told my buddy while I was waiting that I took my truck here and responded bad idea. He took his in for a basic fluid replacement and they told him he need $ 1k worth of work including rear shocks that needed to be replaced which he had done two weeks prior already. Sure enough the same thing happened to me. I show up (after not hearing from them to let me know if it’s done or not) and the allignment had not been done! I was told I needed $ 2k worth of work done before I can have my allignment done. Not only did I waste two hours of my day when I could’ve gone to someone else and had it done in an hour, but I was told I needed $ 2k worth of work done which is most likely a lie. If you want to get scammed I would say go hear. If not, take the extra time and go to the otherside to Sears or something.
