Unpleasant experience however they are trying to make it good. I unfortunately am over putting any more physical effort into this other than this last review because I’m on my honeymoon and thus far the experience I’ve had with their local office has been the only negative experience of my trip to Maui. They offer plenty of tours and all I care to say is if they do you wrong and you call them out on it they will at least try to remedy the situation.

By all means use Local Expert Susan Ramos here at the Aston Mahana if you know little and/​or are unable to book your own event such as snorkeling, whale watching etc. I learned afterward that if I book with her, I will pay significantly more than if I book it myself. Our 4 person, two hour whale watching raft cost 40% more than if I had booked it myself with a AAA discount or low cost membership.
