The Shoe Specialist

Came here to buy new shoes because i have flat feet and this place was recommended to me. Ms. Elham Sharif helped me find the perfect shoes; she was so friendly and extremely knowledgeable! Will definitely consider coming back here in the future.

I have had problems with my feet for over a year and even after physical therapy still had a lot of pain. I came to the Shoe Specialist to find shoes and was so pleased with their service. The owner spent over 30 minutes looking at my feet, taking pictures at different angles and even filming me walk. The owner spent a lot of time talking to me explaining exactly what the problem was and how to work towards fixing it.
Honestly, the foot doctor I visited last year didn’t even take the time to do that.
After customizing my inserts and recommending a shoe, I am happy to say that I actually walk pain free for the first time in a while. Their prices are very competitive and the service is top notch. I highly recommend visiting for your foot care needs.

I have a hard time finding a pair of comfortable shoes because I have somewhat wide small feet and I’m very picky. Therefore I’ve been wearing the same beat up pair of shoes to work every day for a few years. On a whim (on my way to Mothers Market), I walked into this store and was immediately impressed with the selection of stylish and comfortable shoes. The nice lady (the owner?) seemed to sense my needs and brought me several pairs of shoes to try on. She offered to special order my size on the best potential style, and I was about to have her do so. Then I noticed the clearance rack and asked if there was anything in my size and style. She immediately found and brought me what ended up being the perfect shoe! When I went home, I realized it was slightly big and slipping with each step and I worried that it could cause blisters. Because the shoe was on clearance, the sale was «final» so I couldn’t return it. I returned a few days later to see if they could help me in some way. Thank goodness the other nice employee found a couple of types of inserts. One of them seemed to minimize the slippage pretty well. Today I wore the shoes to work and it felt like my feet were being snuggled in cushioned gloves (like my discontinued 1803s used to do)! I just wanted to recognize both of the nice ladies who helped me. They were very patient :)

I had a custom pair of Birkenstocks that were ruined by another shop, THE SHOE SPECIALIST were able to repair them .
Rose Marie has just fit me for a pair of orthotics that will save me more than $ 100. She really knows her stuff. and has nice shoes to boot.
