Vista Paint

We develop houses and we come here often for paint. We are always greated with friendly service. They are always professional and patient. Jasmine always helps us with any questions we have and spends as much time with us as we need. Thumbs up!

I love Vista Paint for all my painting needs. I’m always trying to switch up the paint color in my house or looking for the perfect wallpaper. I like to go into vista paint and buy the little samples and paint my walls to see which one I want. I’ve worked with Jasmine many times. She is knowledgeable and fast!

I have an update. I ended up contacting Vista Paint corporate office and I have to say that I am extremely impressed with their service. I spoke to the V.P. and he did everything he could to get things on the right track. I have to say that 3 weeks have passed since I placed my sample order and at the end I only received one correct sample. The company is more than willing to get me what I need. I’m not sure at this time if I want to go through the process of looking through the wallpaper books and bringing them home again to figure out what samples I’m missing. I do think I would go to them again but I was told by Vista wallpaper representative to try Mission Viejo store again because they have a full time person that handles that department.

Thanks to Jasmine Pinto at the Laguna Niguel store, I have found the perfect paint colors to paint 3 rooms over the past few months! She is very knowledgable, friendly and patient! I completely trust her suggestions and appreciate her expertise.

What a blessing Jasmine Pinto the manager at Vista Paint in Laguna Niguel is!!! I had to move a Satellite dish (busy bodies at the HOA) that had been in place for 6 years from the balcony interior stucco wall to my balcony and needed to match the colors. The home owners association was not responding to my calls and I was lost as to a color match. I described what I was looking for and like magic Jasmine knew the complex and took care of me. She even showed me a less expensive way to do it! I will absolutly always go back to Jasmine for my future paint needs. She is a rock star for Vista Paints! THANK YOU!

Uugh!!! I came without my can of paint but knew the partial name. The gal basically rolled her eyes and wanted to send me back to the wall if colors. (I know that not every color is on «the wall») I asked for the little strip booklets if all their colors. She again negative about this! «Good luck!» Was said with a dome and gloom attitude. Then as I found the color, with in 2 minutes mind you, she took a few phone calls and helped out the people who called before me as I stood there! I will color match what I have and not come back to Vista Paints!!! One star for the color!

I have been very impressed with the female employee who works here. (Sorry I don’t know her name) but she is very friendly and helped me locate the product I needed in another Vista Paint location.

Stay Away from This Store!
In ⁰⁹⁄₂₀₁₁ I and my husband paid a visit to this store as we just bought a new home in the area and we looking for a good paint for all our rooms and previously we had a good experience with Vista Paints. We stopped by to get samples with Benjamin Moore coupon as they were advertised for free.
First of all the girl working there refused to authorize it. I requested to speak with the manager and insisted that they must accept the coupon as they are authorized dealer for Benjamin Moore paints. Manager continued the same story and said that they are not allowed but she will call her boss. While she was on the phone with her boss the sales person I spoke before (young hispanic girl) came back to me and decided to play a boss for those few minutes. She started to speak with me in a rood and offensive tones and when I was noticing that to her she was continuing even worse! Her manager noticed that and told her 3 times to be quite but she wouldn’t stop! In the end she told me and I quote:’ WAIT TILL I GET OF FROM WORK!” Can you imagine?
You come to the store and being threatened by it’s employee!!! Unbelievable! This is what you can expect going to this particular store!
If you have self-​respect, don’t set your foot there! I know we will never do so again.
There are hundreds of unemployed people now who would value their job and treat customers with respect and respectable stores carrying brand name products manège to hire uneducated and poor-​mannered employees like that girl who should never work as representative of premium product such as Benjamin Moore paints.
