Sam came over on a Saturday morning barely one hour after I called him. I had a leak in the kitchen ceiling. He opened up, found the leak and fixed it. He left a bit of a mess behind and charged me more than I expected. Still did a good job when I needed it.

I own a restaurant in Brentwood And I told my employee to find a plumber because we had some issue like always with plumbing And they gave me universal plumbing phone number in the Laguna Beach So I give them a call The gentleman who answered the call says that’s they are not doing any jobs in Brentwood Of course my employer made a mistake Instead of finding plumber in LA he find that’s in Newport and Laguna Beach But I’m kind of glad that he did When I called them they said that they have a job close to LA and they are willing to come to restaurant and take a look at the Problem Very reasonable price Very good service If there were more stars than five I will definitely give them more good job guys thank you

Sergio is really good at what he does and also the price was really reasonable. I had the broken water pipe that is connected to the water meter, and he showed up at the time he said and fixed it in an hour. I am really happy with his work. I will call him again, definitely!!!

Sergio the owner of Universal Plumbing is great! My husband woke up on Saturday to notice that our front lawn was flooding. After digging up the area that was saturated he noticed one of the water pipes was leaking at the joint. He tried to repair it himself however finally gave up and we call Universal Plumbing late in the day. Sergio picked up on the first ring, understood our problem and told us he would be right over. He wasn’t kidding…8 minutes later he was at our door (quicker than Dominos). He got right into the fix and within 40 minutes we were all set.
