We worked with Samantha on the sale of our house in Laguna Niguel in 2013. We interviewed three other realtors before deciding to go with her. I have to say that all-​and-​all her price was exactly what other realtors were charging, and she saved us thousands of dollars in repairs. The buyer had a difficult home inspector and recommended several expensive repairs. Samantha knew who to contact. She got an additional roof repair and air conditioning inspection. We had $ 600 in roof repairs (instead of replacing half the roof) and the a/​c got a $ 150 tune up, instead of a new compressor.
She had constant communication, and was good about always telling us what the next step was. Also, as a side-​note, she was the only agent we interviewed that went over all the closing costs we would have as sellers in detail. It was good to have a full picture of all the costs at the very beginning.
