We rented a grand piano from Rawlins Piano Company on June 27^th for a memorial service, and we were impressed with their customer service from beginning to end! In addition, to awesome service, the grand piano we rented was excellent! They delivered the piano to the memorial site promptly at the time appointed, tuned it upon arrival and picked it back up without a hitch. We will definitely us Rawlins Piano Company for all of our future piano needs and recommend their company to all of our friends and family.

I rented a piano from Rawlins for my wedding in San Diego. Toni was a pleasure to work with and the piano was beautiful. I highly recommend Rawlins – they are the most affordable I could find, and were so professional and the piano was perfect and a memorable detail for our wedding ceremony.

it is unfortunate that all these years later, Rawlins Piano is still in a state of such denial. There is absolutely no rational reason, policy or anything else that could justify the treatment I received from Rawlins Piano. Period. I didn’t ask them for anything free, despite their claims to the contrary. I never got a chance to even discuss price, because my simple request for a negotiation was all it took to send Ray Rawlins into a tirade. Yes, there are two sides to every story, but that doesn’t mean both sides are just. I stand behind every word I have posted. It happened exactly the way I have stated. The experience was mean spirited and ugly and, two sides or not, Rawlins Piano was clearly in the wrong.
Toni knows exactly what was done to me as she witnessed it first hand, and never once in the intervening years did she or anyone else from Rawlins contact me to apologize. Now she claims I am on a mission to get my opinion listed? It’s not a mission, Toni, it’s my right. I don’t have to take abuse like Rawlins shelled out and be quiet about it. If you can’t live with that then don’t treat people the way you did me. You might even consider having the decency of owning up to what you did and posting an apology instead of trying to discredit me.

We purchased our beautiful Baldwin here in 2005. Honest and curteous family owned business. Still in business as other in the neighborhood have fallen to the way side. I still call Ray back to tune our piano. If you need your piano tuned, call Ray.
