This place saved my hip, rotator cuff, and groin muscle. I had a skateboarding accident, went to a lame doctor who did NOTHING for me and left me limping for 2 months before I decided to request a slip to go to physical therapy. The lady(she is the second physical therapist who works there)…I forgot her name it’s been like 8 months… is SO great. She’s very gentle, super positive, and motivates you. I was super negative about the whole thing… not having the strength I had months before, and she always said«You’ll get better. You’ll get stronger. You’re body will get through this.» And she always pointed out signs of improvement and tracked my improvement. She did massage pressure points in my stomach to release the dead muscle tissue in my groin. She adjusted my displaced hip and put it back where it had been before the skateboarding accident. My limp went away, and my rotator cuff improved… and now 8 months later I have no groin problems(except the fact that I have to stretch it before I exercises or else I get problems) and now my shoulder has 100% range of motion back, and I’m surfing again and doing intense Pilates. I still have to do bungee exercises for the rest of my life, she said, but as long as I keep it up, I have my strength. I can’t tell you how THANKFUL I am for this place. She knows what she’s doing… and she gives you exercises to do at home… and even equally important: She cares! It’s difficult to find people who care these days, unfortunately! Everyone there is super supporting and knows what their doing. I recommend everyone going to this place rather than a doctor if you have had any sort of accident or muscle pull! Don’t listen to lame doctors who know nothing and don’t care about you. Go see Martin Orthopedic Rehab & Physical Therapy! They took my insurance, in-network PPO. So that was good too. It ended up only being 10 dollars per session, which is great considering the quality of care you’re getting.
