I have a Matthews Fan Co. Irene-​3H ceiling fan that I wanted to get replacement fan blades for. After looking at
, I discovered that Lighting Innovation is their parts distributor. I gave them a call and they had what I was looking for. The parts & shipping were reasonably priced so I proceeded with the order. They promptly faxed me an invoice and a credit card authorization form and the order was quickly done. It didn’t take long for the parts to get to me and I’m in Canada. I found the staff friendly, courteous and knowledgeable (phone & email). It was a pleasure dealing with this business. Thank you!

After purchasing 3 pendant lights, we had a problem with one of them. Alex offered to help and fixed the problem — only to find out that the light failed again after a few days. After another failure he came to the house personally to assess the situation, discovered the problem and offered the fix. Thank you for the great service.

I went into this place for help with lighting, assuming they would offer a large selection. Not the case. There were some pieces hung the store to look at, but many seemed dated. Most business appears to be done by ordering from a catalogue. I personally can’t shop without seeing, touching and feeling the item I am purchasing. I did not find the staff helpful or very bright either. Communication was pretty challenging!
