I have bought supplies for home projects several times now at this Leslie’s Pool Supply store and I have been happy with the attention received and the products. While the costs may be somewhat higher it is worth the small additional cost to me to have the ease of service, the friendly service from Wes and Dave, and the ease of return for any unneeded product. Though I have not noticed a price difference on most items. I would recommend this store.

Customer service terrible. Does not honor advertised prices during listed dates. Manager is incompetent, corporate rep. Extensive apologies, and solutions that require me to return to store to discuss (not rectify) I have no time to go back to this store. Have purchased many items from the Leslie chain and this store will never get my business again. From now on will use other pool stores in area and purchase parts online at a reduced price. Don’t bother here.
