We have been taking our 9 month daughter here since she was 4 months old. The other reviewers seem to say they love the care but hate the politics of corporate day care. The facility is clean and filled with teachers who love the kids and encourage active learning. Miss Maheen and Miss Maryam have helped our daughter become happy and socialized. Highly recommend.

Kindercare has a good foundation. It has Great curriculum. The Lagnua Niguel branch has excellent lovely teachers. They also had a great center director which used to make a perfect happy environment there. She was not only a good manager but also was a great communicator with parents. She used to make us feel really safe with our kids there. Whenever I had any concern with my kids I knew that she is there. The center had 100% parents engagement last time. Everything was great and I felt really happy with them. Unfortunately for some reason they decided to change that director and bring a new manager a couple of months ago. They told us their reason was her lack of marketing skills which doesn’t mean anything to me. I think they didn’t consider her sales skills and punished her for what was their marketing department duties not hers. All of the parents that I know asked the higher level managers to reconsider this decision but they had just made their decision. For me, Kindercare at least in this area is an organization that doesn’t care about the customers and they don’t support their staff. It is obviously hard to change my kids schools after several years of being there but I don’t recommend anyone to enter this school. You can always find an organization that cares more about you and your children.

I would give 5 star to teachers who had been working or still working in that center. And also they are really great and kind but the center has curriculum-centered classrooms focusing mostly on teaching the curriculum. The center determines what ought to be taught, when and how. They teach very little about math and reading and kids spend most of their time free-play and making art or crafts.
