I’ve been going to Dr. Patel since I was a child (20+ years) and I have never experienced anything other than a very welcoming, friendly staff and had my concerns taken care of with genuine care.
That being said, the office is small but I guess it’s not really a big deal as he is a solo practitioner. Also, like most doctor’s offices that are busy, a regular check up will be fast unless you ask questions. Finally, I like that it is located in a shopping center with a CVS and Ralphs– I find it to be convenient for when I need to run errands.
