Dynamic Touch Massage Therapy

Being pregnant, I was nervous when looking for a new masseuse. My mother had a session with Megan and recommended her to me. Thank god she did because Megan is amazing! Even with the limitations I’m facing because I’m pregnant, I still walk away being so relaxed and my body working with me again!
I’ve worked with many massage therapists and had only found one that really worked for me. I was worried that I wouldn’t find someone again. I’m so glad I was wrong! Thank you Megan, I really appreciate your incredible massages!

Kathleen gave us great massages. Honed in on what was tight and have us some great visualization techniques and exercises we could do to address the muscle tension that ails us. She was soft spoken and mellow but so knowledgeable!

Kathy is fantastic for sports message (the only service I have used and can comment on) but she has also provided me with other helpful information regarding general health during my visits. Kathy and her crew are nothing short of amazing. As an elite amateur endurance athlete with 15 years of experience, I’ve had body work done by a lot of different people. Kathy is one of the best.
She’s modest about it, but Kathy works with the USA Olympic swim team and Cirque du Soleil. If you need work, go see Kathy. PERIOD.

I had a 30 minute massage with Daniel to help me with a hip flexor injury. He was incredible! I would highly recommend him!!!

I recently had a pre-​natal massage with Kathy, she was amazing. I have been sleeping horribly for months due to nerve pain and cramping shooting down my right leg and also due to lower back pain that started when I was about 6 months along in my pregnancy (saw Kathy at the 7.5 month mark), I wish I would’ve known about Kathy and Dynamic massage sooner. I had been to a chiropractor who really didn’t help, but the night I spent 60 minutes with Kathy I slept soundly and through the night for the first time in months. The massage was very light but incredibly efficient and helped tremendously. Kathy also showed me several stretches that would help with my specific pain, which I have been doing nightly, as well as a lower back type pressure that could be applied during contractions that would help me get through them with a bit less pain. She is really knowledgeable and really cares. I plan on going back a few more times prior to delivery and returning once the baby is born, I highly recommend Kathy.

Kathy and her team have amazingly talented and healing hands. I have had massages by Kathy and Daniel, both of which were stellar. From the initial smile and brief interview about my needs and restrictions, I knew that it wasn’t just gonna be a typical massage.
I enjoy dialoguing about my body, and the therapists were extremely knowledgeable, telling me postural corrections that I needed to change, stretches that I could do to alleviate tightness, and techniques to help relieve tension on my own.
They have two locations, and both provide super relaxing environments. There is an option of the heated table at the Laguna Niguel location, which always slips my body right into a relaxing and therapeutic experience. I particularly love their deep tissue massages, and I go regularly once a month whether to de-​stress, recenter myself, or loosen up tissue from too much training. I definitely recommend!

I’ve had the distinct pleasure of knowing Kathy and her team for a number of years, but each time I get worked on by her team it reminds me of just how good they are… Her new team of Colleen and Daniel are real pro’s. Great at working with athletes and addressing hiccups and niggles associate with daily training. The atmosphere in the massage room is great and intimate. Get your body taken care of by pro’s!

My PT suggested that I schedule massages every 2 – 4 weeks while I train for my first marathon, and I’m glad that I did. Even though I’m released from physical therapy, Kathy was still able to tell me that my running form was slightly off, and she told me exactly what I was doing wrong, just by feeling the tightness in my muscles. I was so impressed that she was so in-​tune with the body that she can project that out to how a person moves. I still felt fairly loose a couple days after my massage. I’ve only been here once, but I’m definitely making this part of my training plan.

I’ve been getting massages from Dynamic Touch for years at the Costa Mesa office, but I am pretty happy that they now have an office in Laguna Niguel. I’m getting ready for Ironman Arizona and needed to get some kinks worked out. I booked an appointment with Daniel (in fact I’ve seen him twice) and have another session next week. Not only is he/​they great therapists, but honest also. Daniel told me that I should only come back one more time before my race.
