Domino’s Pizza

I ordered 3 pizzas for carry out. When I had arrived to pick them up they said they had no orders under my name and asked me if I called another dominos, I showed my call history and I had a 3 minute conversation with their location ordering my pizzas. The girl at the cash register then told me that wasn’t possible as if I had been talking to a ghost. Moral of the story this dominos must be haunted with the ghost of a dominos associate that enjoys when people are hungry.

I give a 2 star cause Teresa (Mgr) was great as well as the team, minus whoever makes the pizza! Half-​cooked and cheese slid off the pizza. Yes, they are going to replace, but this is what you do and your known for. Delivering pizzas! It’s a $ 40 ticket to boot!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the absolute worst Dominoes we’ve ever been to! Look… I get that it’s Dominoes and not expecting gourmet pizza, but cooked pizza would be nice. We’ve been going to this one on and off for the past seven years when we are doing something quick and cheap. It used to be great. Pizza always came out the way we ordered it and the staff was friendly. Over the last year this place has taken a turn for the worst! It’s a revolving door of staff, they are all SO rude and the manager Teresa is a nightmare! If you take your chance and order from this Dominoes not only will they probably get your order wrong, the pizza will come out uncooked and then they’ll give you a huge attitude about complaining. I’d feed our dog better food that this particular Dominoes.

Horrible. I tip the guy $ 10 on a $ 25 pizza and dessert. The pizza looks like they threw slop in a box. They burnt the dessert and didn’t bring my frosting I paid for and I called to talk to the manager and she was completely rude so I will be calling corporate to let them know about her attitude don’t go to this place the food is made like they are five years old and they are very rude waste of time

I ordered a carry out and on pick up was warmly greeted. I ordered my pizza online and they had it made within minutes warm and delicious.

Very disappointed with my experience. I brought home 2 medium pizzas and one of them had a very little amount of cheese on it. So much so you could see the sauce everywhere. When I called, they said that is the amount corporate wanted them to use, and he knew exactly how much cheese was on my pizza because he made it himself. I will never go back. Totally disgusted by this pizza. Last time I went my family liked it. Drop the mic on this place.

Giovanni claims to be the manager. I have been a loyal Domino’s customer for over 20 years — not for the taste, or the pizza specifically, but because you could ALWAYS count on getting your pizza in a time frame, the right way, and if anything was wrong, customer service was always polite, no issue. That is why I was SHOCKED when our pizza tonight came to the house completely wrong, things I wouldn’t eat at all like ham and pepperoni, when I had ordered chicken, and I told my husband «no big deal“they will send the right one soon enough… UNBELIEVABLE this manager told my husband FORGET IT the software must be wrong, even though we had the order pulled up correctly ON OUR COMPUTER and the guy just didnt care. Not a worker, a MANAGER. NEVER AGAIN GIOVANNI
You can’t be a corporate store, you must be a franchise, but this is the way you will lose your store — look at the other reviews — turns out you treat everyone this way. I may not eat tonight, but with the terrible way you treat customers, you won’t be able to feed your family for years.

NOW I read the reviews… I wish I’d read them BEFORE I ordered the inedible thing I had delivered from this Domino’s location. I go to Papa John’s, Upper Crust; I rotate. But I saw the commercials and I told my husband «why don’t we try Domino’s»? First the order was wrong, second it was gross. My husband said «this is gross», since he is pickey and I’m not I said «I’m sure it’s not that bad». Until I tried it. It was inedible. There was so much sauce on this thing, it was like eating a mouthful of sauce. There was so much of it the toppings slid off and the bread was soggy. It was the most disgusting thing and my dogs wouldn’t even eat it. I picked the toppings off one piece because I was starving and my husband ate one piece and we literally threw the entire debacle in the TRASH. I’d have done better going to the store and getting a DeGorino or whatever those are. EWWWWW. I’m pissed. I will never, never, never, ever go to Domino’s again.

We have lived at our current address for the last two years and have tried a handful of the local pizza places with delivery around town. This dominos is always prompt and the food is always delicious. They also have great promotions if you order online, 5 stars. We love it here.

I ordered a pizza from this location on 11/​01/​2014 I noticed that they charged my debit card twice. I went back to the shop today 11/​03/​2014 at 7:30 pm to talk with a manager regarding me getting double charged. I spoke with the assistant manager Geovani, he did look up my order and noticed that I had been double charged but told me that I would have to come back to see the store manager. I asked him if there was anyway he would get ahold of the store manager and he flat out told me NO! I then asked him for his name and the SM name and he told me he did not know it, I then asked another associate and he was able to give me the sm name meanwhile Geovani continued to be very rude offensive and he told me to just leave. My wife and I always come here and never get treated this way, this is the worst service I have ever had at this location and Geovani is a terrible impression of your company and does not know how to properly handle business or customers, we will be going to pizza hut from now.

Horrible, horrible. The last three trips to this Dominos has been a disaster. Not only have they gotten the orders completely wrong, the customer service has been pathetic. Young workers that don’t have any idea what it means to get it right or make it right.
Sad to say, but this shop needs an over haul.

It was under cooked dough with a few veggies on top… not really pizza… even when they tried to make it right by making me another one they failed miserably… under cooked no cheese no sauce NO GOOD. I gave it 2 stars because they did try to make it right by making another one… they are both in my frig… mostly uneaten.

I usually eat Pizza Hut, until I realized how much cheaper dominos pizza was with coupons! I order online, carry out, and go get it. By the time I get there my pizzas are done! People there are nice and I always leave happy :)

This place used to be really good, I used to order the pan pizza with triple cheese, it always tasted amazing, and it looked so good to anyone who saw it. Sadly, you can see in the picture I posted, but the quality has gone way down, I ordered the same pizza I always get, and when I got home, I hope in the box and saw that it was burned, not only that, it’s also did not have the usual amount of cheese it has on it. I just don’t understand why the quality went down so much, they were on their way to rebuilding, and I started to notice so many people order from Domino’s, sadly, as always, things never stay the same, I don’t know if it is greed, or they are told by their bosses not to add the toppings the way they are supposed to, but this last pizza I ate will guarantee that I am never ordering from Domino’s again.

The food was fresh and very good, but they forgot the sauce I ordered for the cheesy sticks! Say whhaatttt

Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered online at 5:15 pm for delivery, which said 30 to 40 minutes. Perfect, as my son had a Cub Scouts meeting starting at 6:30. When I went to «track» my order on their website about 5:45, I notice that it now says for a future date and time of 6:15. So I call, and get a kid who is completely confused as to how to answer the question, why is my order delayed? Gives me to who I assume is a manager, who tells me HE delayed the order «because they were ‘slammed’ with 5 or 6 orders at once.» So I asked again, when should I expect my order? He says not at least until 7:15. Are you kidding me? Two hours to wait for mediocre pizza, and you weren’t even going to bother to let me know this? I told him I ordered early because my son has a meeting, and then he said maybe we could just deliver the pizza to his meeting? Uh, yeah, no thanks. Cancelled the order, manager didn’t really seem too concerned that he screwed up my order and dinner plans. Will NEVER use this Domino’s again. Way to lose business guys!

This Domino’s Pizza store is one big fail! Don’t try to order pizza online, it did not work! If you call the store in regards to your online pizza order problem, they said, «call tech support,» you got to be kidding me, it’s just a pizza order! If you call in to order, you’ll just be put on hold or they will say, «we are too busy» and so on. Avoid this Domino’s Pizza store!

Looks like dominos is back to their old tricks. We just ordered a cheesesteak pizza and was very disappointed. Hardly any steak at all and mostly bread. Dominos is done in my book.

Tried the pan pizza last night and it was good. Got a med Hawaiian pan pizza for $ 7.99. Was it the greatest pizza I have ever had? No but for $ 8 bucks it was good. Fast friendly service!
