We called in advance and asked if they had sod. They told us sure there are two pieces available come on down. So we drove 10 miles to buy it. When i arrived 20 minutes later i was rudely told «we dont have any of that». We asked why and were treated as if we were idiots.
We finally found the person who answered the phone, and she said that she «thought» the product was available but wasnt. They took no real responsibility for there part and offered no help or possible solution.
I WILL NEVER SHOP OR COME HERE AGAIN. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I bought my Christmas tree this morning. I couldn’t be happier with the employees who helped me and the gorgeous Christmas tree now in my living room. Robert picked out a beautiful tree for me, and wrapped, loaded and tied it down securely on the top of my sedan. He also told me that if I bring the stand back in after Christmas, I will receive $ 10 store credit! Great experience!

Poor service. We placed an order two weeks ago for a dozen plants. Never hearing from them, we go in and ask. They have no record of the order, so the first guy must not have placed it. Today, we waited while the gal was on the phone, obviously a personal call. They we were referred to TJ since he would «know about these things». He had no apology, no offer to expedite an order, TJ did not even make any eye contact, just «nope, nothing for you on order». We went elsewhere. Too bad, so close to home. But we would rather drive somewhere else!

I’ve had nothing but a good experience at this place every time. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. I always thoroughly check plants for aphids or infestations before purchasing and have never found any problems with the plants here. I’ve made the mistake before in not checking plants and it was an expensive loss when I bought some herbs from a different place that ended up infesting all our other herbs grown from seedlings :(we tried ladybugs since we did not want to use chemicals on our herbs, but the aphids eventually kept coming back so everything had to be thrown out. I recommend this place!

Sometimes difficult to find someone to help you, but once they get them you have their undivided attention. They answer all my questions, even remember my last purchases! Very helpful, great products, reasonable price, helpful staff.

Very helpful staff. Bought two indoor plants and the associate gave me multiple options on size and price for each plant. Lots of selection. Competitively priced. I’ll be back in the future and maybe I’ll increase my rating then. Can’t imagine decreasing the rating after my first experience.
