John Steving was so helpful and extremely well educated. We tried 3 other mattress places and no one was as helpful or friendly. We ended up with an amazing mattress at an awesome deal and bought 2 pillows as well. I will always return to John to purchase my mattress and accessories. This was my first mattress purchase, and he made me very comfortable

This was one of the worst experiences ever. Took photos of our bed frame and dimensions. Purchased a mattress. Found out the warranty for the mattress was void because of our frame. Called in the morning to cancel. Said no returns, no exchanges. After a fight with our credit card card company leading the way, finally got a refund. Do not go here. Purchase from any other store that honors a return. No customer service. Owner David is beyond a jerk. Mouthy and rude. «Regional sales manager» a joke. Beware… beware.

Bad bad customer service!!! Do not shop there!!! Telling me he could sue me for writing a review on Unilocal!!!Really? Jerk of an owner, no customer service and from what I hear on here they are a knock off!!! Please don’t even go in. We tried to exchange our mattress because they were too hard but of course he is bonded by his stupid contract no exchange or returns… bullshit

This review deserves NO stars! This place is a plain out lie! This mattress place is deceiving. They say they have «great» mattresses but they as hard as Hell. Not soft at all. The mattresses and names look questionable. There is a pillow above each mattress and says that’s the mattress name but when you look at the mattress tags they are a different shady name! don’t even have the same name. They have extreme false advertisements. Let’s start off with the eye catcher of 70 perfect off! This is always too good to be true. Second the cheaply made mattresses that are questionable and his non existence warranty. Oh and you’ll love this one… All sales are final! yup! I heard a man telling this to a couple who they were helping… wOW! RED FLAG WARNING. If your reading this review considered yourself blessed! I’ve just stopped you from a huge headache and wasting your hard earned money. went in to look around and layed on some mattress to purchase for my mother in law and let me tell you! Beds were super hard and had a chemical smell to them towards the back of the mattress when I went to go look at the tag. Not a good place. There’s many mattress places to go to. Do your research before you buy!!! So glad I walked out! Sales person didn’t even say bye! make sure the brand actually exists and not because they say it’s better. Of course they will say anything to make a sale and deceive anyone who walks in their front door. thank god I wasn’t deceived and noticed their cheap questionable mattress right away! Where can these questionable 70 percent off hard mattresses come from??? no good customer service either!

Great customer service back in March, took our time and found a bed. We were told that they stand behind their mattresses and to contact their store if we ever had a problem. 8 months later, we have a huge problem with our purchase! The «great» mattress we purchased is sagging in the middle, pillow top is broken down. We had to purchase a topper for a less than 1 year old mattress. We called today to be told that we have to call the company, Total comfort, «the information is on the mattress tag». «We don’t warranty the mattress, you have to call the manufacture». So I called and «mailbox is full» recording! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! They are not what they seem, they sugar coat lies. Expensive lesson learned, don’t waste your $. My only comfort now is knowing that Karma will be payback.

They are very shady here. They sell you used and refurbished mattresses. And when you bring it up them they give you the run around. I’m not sure how they keep there doors open. Everytime I been to this location it’s empty and the guy that works there is a sleeping on the desk or watching movies on his phone. Save your money and don’t give this place your business. And if you do end up buying a mattress from this location double check for tears and stains.

After shopping for a few weeks for a mattress for our son, we were almost ready to buy from a store but came across this store while getting gas at the gas station next to it. 70% off it said, so we went inside. The salesman immediately came up to us and asked us if we needed help. We said we were just looking around. He insisted on helping us and asked what our budget was and what type of mattress we were looking for. We told him our budget was what the price of the other mattress we were about to purchase was, to see if he had anything comparable. He acted like the price was ridiculous and showed us two mattresses that he had at that price. They were no name cheap thin old fashioned mattresses. Our son layed on them and they were very uncomfortable. We said no thanks we liked the other mattress (at Discount Mattress Lady) and he said that his mattresses were high quality, much better that we could get elsewhere. Well, he had unknown brands and low quality mattresses and we got a Sealy Posturepedic pillowtop for a better price than any of his stuff. Also, after we said we weren’t interested, he didn’t say thanks for coming in our anything a good salesman would do. Just turned his back and walked away. That shows the character of a salesperson. Not very good. Also, after looking at a lot of mattress stores, he must have marked up the prices for the prices offered to be 70% off. Not good deals.

We bought an adjustable mattress here for my mother-​in-​law and she absolutely loves it. David handled the transaction in a professional and polite manner. The delivery men were amazing and didn’t even flinch when I told them they would have to stuff the mattress in a tiny elevator as my mother-in-law’s apartment was a floor down and quite a hike from the front entrance. I would definitely recommend buying a mattress from this company.

My family and I went shopping for a mattress. Decided to stop by the mattress place. We walked into the store and immediately a man approaches us and says how can I hep you. I explained to him we were just looking. He persisted on helping us and very rudely would not stop with the pressure. I was with my wife and mother in law. We were looking at purchasing 4 mattresses ! So anyway this guy would not lay off us. Finally, I politely ask told him we would like to look around first and if we have any questions we will come to him. Well, that just set him off even more. In a very rude tone. He makes a loud statement and says ~~~ I’m the owner !!! And I want you to eave the store. I guess after reading some of these reviews I should thank him for not letting me purchase 4 mattresses !!! If the went is this rude, it only airs sense that everyone working here will be rude as well.
The owner needs a trip to the woodshed. This is business, start taking care of it like a man. Do not shop at the Mattress Place. It sucks !

I recently purchased a queen sized spring air from one of the owners here named David. He was extremely helpful with showing me beds that best fit my budget and my needs. I had been looking for beds similar, at other mattress stores in the area, for quite some time. When I stopped in here I was showed multiple beds and was able to try them out. Although, the bed I ended up getting was out of my price range, he was very flexible with accommodating my needs. He was also able to reduce the price to beat another possible competitor I was potentially buying from. I received nothing but great customer service and was very informed about the bed I bought and others they carry. I received everything I was looking for and this store exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend shopping here for your bed.

Excellent service the sales guy was really honest and helpful, I will definitely recommend the store to my friends and the best of all no pressure at all to buy anything.

Went in just to look at and price mattress. Spoke with a salesman named David. Great customer service, very knowledgeable about the products they carry. Was patient with me and my questions. Told me to lay on each mattress at least 10 min on the side I sleep on. Left with mattress and knowledge of why it was the best one for me.
Prices are better than most places. Did I say great customer service.
So if you need a mattress this is the place to go.

DO NOT GO GET YOUR MATTRESS HERE! I thought it was the best place to get my mattress because of the deals they displayed, but they are only in it to make the sale! They do not care about the customers needs and failed my expectations. I got 75% off on my bed but what they didnt tell me was that this bed was gonna break my back. TERRIBLE BUSINESS, GO AT YOUR OWN RISK
