We moved to Orange County from the East Coast a year ago and purchased all new kitchen appliances from Pacific Sales in Mission Viejo. Within six months our Kitchenaid refrigerator leaked significant sums of water onto our hardwood floors! After many frustrating months of battling with Whirlpool, insurance companies and adjusters and gathering quotes from hardwood flooring companies and mold removal/​remediation professionals… I met Scott Thompson, the owner of STAT, who was a breath of fresh air! On his initial visit, he met with my husband and I on a Saturday morning. He was on time, polite, professional, knowledgeable and answered all our questions to complete satisfaction. I met with a competitor who offered to match STAT’s price (after much negotiating but I still did not feel as comfortable with what they were promising compared to Scott’s non aggressive style). Long story, short… we went with STAT and could not be happier!!! Scott was involved every step of the process, worked cooperatively with the flooring company so repairs could be done simultaneous to the demolition and replacement of the hardwood floors. While there were a few issues along the way, Scott addressed every detail brought to his attention and dealt with it fairly and swiftly. Scott is a genuine individual and consummate professional who operates his company on ethics and excellence! The workers were equally commendable and consistently showed up on time and completed their daily assignments with precision and professionalism. The work in our home was completed yesterday and couldn’t wait to share my highest praise for STAT on Unilocal! FIVE STARS!!!

HANDS DOWN THE BEST!!! I have worked with them on a few properties and they are SO professional and diligent in there work! I have already recommended them to others. Mold is never a problem that you want to have BUT if you want it taken care of quickly then these are your guys! They are SO good at what they do and never leave a mess behind even after doing a lot of demo work! They are great at communication as well AND they don’t cheat you! After all the work was done there invoice was almost $ 2000 less then what they estimated!
