I love this Starbucks. They’re always really quick and efficient. The barista (shorter hair with highlights) is a rockstar and the team behind the register is always extremely pleasant and helpful. I come a few times a week to get my fix, and it’s always quick and I’m on my merry way!

A smart Starbucks location that caters to its customers and customer service! I am pleased to note that THEY SERVE BREWED DECAF in the mornings for my ½ caff. Obviously they realize some of us Boomers can’t have so much caffeine. Even in the morning. Thank you for your customer service that gives this customer what she wants!
I’m surprised that all Starbucks don’t brew even a small amount of decaf in the mornings for those of us who prefer it.
Kudos for this location!

This location is great for one main reason, there is a barista named Hannah that is second to none. She is friendly and welcoming to the customer and so knowledgeable about her job. She is bound to go far with whatever she does. She even takes the time to explain the details of the new reward program and shows great customer service skills. I would have loved to have an employee like her when I had my sales business years ago. Bravo!

Customer Service was not great.
I’d write a long review about my encounter of the poor service, but it is not worth it. I will just avoid this Starbucks location.
As for the taste of their food/​drinks. I rate it 4 stars since their coffee tends to be too sweet.
I ordered a hot white chocolate coffee and their spinach wrap. The spinach wrap tasted like caprese (usually found in Italian restaurants), it was delicious and will purchase again in the future.
Overall, the lighting inside is perfect for work/​study. I recommend sitting at the back, if your are fortunate enough to find a seat. It’s always busy and noisy.

Service is seems pretty slow and the drinks are ok. Only complaint is that the cashier Mikey seems passive aggressive to his coworkers.

First of all, and for the record, my wife buys a Starbucks coffee at least 3 x a week — my point being is that she contributes to the GA-​ZILLION dollars this franchise makes off ground coffee beans and milk! So fast forward to this evening, my wife stopped by this particular location as she was trying to make a deposit at the Chase nearby, but because the bill had a small rip, the ATM would not accept it. So she kindly asked the employee at the counter to simply trade $ 20 bills so to make the deposit successful. This employee (didn’t get her name) but she flat out refused unless she made a purchase. SERIOUSLY??? Since when does common courtesy and a small consumer request require the purchase of something? Absolutely ridiculous!

What a filthy location. Coffee that I was served wasn’t hot or fresh. Asked for an extra cup to share… Was given a plastic cold cup. Transients were sitting outside with their bikes, in and out using the restroom and filling up on whatever was at the sugar station. Not once was the outside trash cans picked up, or anything wiped down or swept… I was there a good 2 and a half hours. Yuk. I’ll pass on this Starbucks store.

Denise is the best barista ever. She is such a kind and helpful Lady, always with a smile on her face no matter the pressure. I honestly love going there just to see her, I wish all the baristas were like Denise, she just loves to please customers and gives the best service, in my opinion she has to become the manager of the El Toro store because of her unparalleled level of service.

Holy moly… Ordered a cool lime refresher… (ice and premixed drink)…took 20 minutes to get… Ridiculous… I’m thinking starbucks this location for training and or the employees have acclimated to the laguna woods atmosphere… I would have given it one star if it wasn’t starbucks

Love this location! I used to go to the one in aliso viejo off aliso creek and aliso viejo pkwy and they suck! Tricia and Jake are excellent baristas and always have a smile on their faces

I have to remember to stop going to this one! Hardly anybody there, and they are still slow! Plus, I asked for a tall pike with a «splash of foam,» and they changed it to a «Misto.» Half milk, half coffee. And in the past, I have felt the customer service skills at the counter are not that good! Seems like they don’t really care.

Nasty service people!
Ordered a brewed cup of decaf which tasted like cat piss. Sour, bitter and burned! Really gross. I pointed it out to a barista, who replied, we brew every ½ an hour so there is no way it is bad. I gave them a blank look and stood my ground. They begrudgingly asked me if I wanted an Americano instead, but I asked for a pour over. She literally dumped a cup of hot water on the grounds and walked away. I guess she’s never been trained on the finer points of a pour over.
Kinda turned me off to Starbucks in general. These people clearly do not love coffee and have poor customer service.

This is a great Starbucks with lots of seating with lots of clothes I really enjoyed the company benches in the corner the have plugs line under the benches. Wifi is always easy to connect here and of course always free. Is always very nice even when it is 5 a.m. In the morning.
Parking is easy and convenient is always plenty of it. This is close to the senior citizen community of Laguna Woods so you will see lots of senior citizens at this location. The center has an office Depot and also a grocery store.
My personal Starbucks rating is 4 out of 5. But I give us 5 star rating because everyone is so nice.

9. Ferrero Rocher Frappuccino
I can’t get enough of those hazelnut chocolate sweets, and now I can have them in drink-​form!
Double chocolate chip frappuccino (or java chip if you want the caffeine)
Hazelnut syrup (2 pumps venti, 1.5 pumps grande, 1 pump tall)
Mocha syrup (3 pumps venti, 2.5 pumps grande, 2 pumps tall)
Hazelnut drizzle on top
If you happen to carry around any of the candies, you can drop them in when you get your order! The whipped cream on top is your choice.
The drink is delicious and tastes like the delicacy. Couple that with the Starbucks iPhone App’s Touch to Pay and I was in and out in a snap! :-)

One expects certain things when entering a Starbucks… friendly staff, warm smell of espresso, busy typing on laptops, etc. I have been making the Orange County rounds when it comes to Starbucks (there are A LOT) and I can say this one is very on par with my expectations, mentioned above.
I usually spend a few hours here during the day, doing work on my personal laptop. I can always find a table to set-​up shop. I should note that this particular location is nearby to retirement communities so there is an abnormal amount of older folks. Nothing bad about that, in fact it is sweet to see the groupings come in for an afternoon chat or girl’s date. I like the atmosphere here and the WiFi is good — it’s not as slow as some Starbucks I have been in OC — so I keep coming back.

if you like Starbucks and have a zero patience level like me, do not come here. It’s across the street from one of the retirement capitals of the world and the old people in here are slooooooooow. i actually walked out because the dude couldn’t decide what he wanted and butterfly cupcake boy behind the counter was so busy fluttering around he couldn’t write it down.
The parking is terrible, but that’s because of all the damn golf carts.
