Love this place! High energy and great prices. I was there for a smash tournament yesterday it was great.

Come here to take advantage of the pro gaming set up. CSGO heaven! Great computer gear and always a low ping.

Staff doesn’t know what they are doing. Very disorganized. Don’t go to tournaments here they always are unorganized and rely on people competing in the tournament to help them set it up. The don’t have many computers and they are always breaking. Literally worst computer café I’ve ever been to.

Love this place… easy to come and chill and play my favorite games for a bit. and the rates are great.

Another amazing weekend at Oomba. Can’t say enough about Renee and the crew. My kids beg to spend as much time there as possible. Safe fun with true gamers. Can’t wait for the LOL tournament. You guys rock.

OOmba is a very nasty place. Do NOT take your kids here, if you don’t want them to learn profanity and all other bad things in their social life. The female front desk receptionist (but she claims to be the manager) which I doubt because she was very untidy with tattoos all over her, half way naked and was chatting about her sex life with a guy for the longest.
Everybody could hear the conversation. We waited for a long time for help and still did not get help. They only want to take your money. Their management and service was very horrible. They have a bad concept of what customer service should be. Their operation sucks, and the staff cannot control all the people that were in there. They don’t have a system and so it was very chaotic. They don’t even give you any receipt for what you paid for. Simply, face to face robbery inside Laguna Hills mall. OOMBA should NOT have a business inside the mall. It’s very degrading to the mall’s reputation. OOMBA is a terrible influence and definitely a bad exposure for our children. This was our first, and for sure our last. Be aware of excessive deception from this place. I give them no more than 3 months and they will be out of business.

I am a regular customer at Oomba and have made this place my home.
I can confidently say that I’ve watched this company put together one of the best gaming centers that I have ever seen.
I highly recommend checking it out for yourself!

I first heard of this store when they were hosting a Catan tournament in the mall before the store opened. I didn’t really get what this store actually did but I saw it was opening on the 27^th so I thought I would check it out.
Walked in with my wife and the two clerks were chatting with each other and acted as if we didn’t exist. Saw some shirts for their brand on the wall and some terminals that did some unknown function. On the left were a group of players playing Super Smash Brothers on a row of tvs. Was it a tournament? Free play? Beats me, I wasn’t able to ask anyone.
In the back was an array of snack items. We walked back to take a look. As we headed back to the entrance another staff member walked past us without saying a word. Confused, my wife and I walked past the two clerks chatting near the entrance and left.
I honestly have no idea what the purpose of this store is. I know the website suggests that Oomba is a tournament service, but then what is the store for? Couldnt tell you, and apparently neither can the staff.
I would have given this place 1 star, however the gaming area looked nice and the branding and mere existence of this place screams that theyre trying to do something. However since I have no idea what it is I doubt I will be going back in.
