Great customer service!!! I worked with Jennifer a year ago to order some pieces for my living room. It was really a good experience! Jennifer is really sharp– she remembered all the little details we had discussed and went over all the paper work clearly when I placed my order– delivery was easy and the pieces were really beautiful! Definitely worth waiting for! The quality is sooo much better than some of the chain stores. I’m back to order more furniture this year!

Found that I made a mistake on a chair selection — my fault. They fell all over themselves to correct my error AND the owner personally delivered the new chair after closing on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving!
Not only do they have a huge selection and great prices, but «old fashion» customer service too! If I write any more platitudes you’d think I worked there!

This company is AMAZING! The best SERVICE EVER!!! I bought a desk from them on Labor Day weekend. The desk was beautiful and the price was so reasonable. I am a picky shopper, so left the store and kept shopping but couldn’t get the great service I received while in the store and the great price of that beautiful desk out of my mind. What a smart girl I am that I went back and bought it. Jennifer asked me if I wanted to get a glass on top to protect it – DUH!!! My top of my old desk was so gross. Why didn’t I think of that years ago? The glass is gorgeous and the price was so inexpensive. Even added a beautiful bevel in front for an extra, I think $ 15.00??? Well, I am still amazed that the delivery was as smooth as butter! The two guys who brought it into my home and fiddled with my computer wires and made suggestions to me that again were so smart, they dazzled me. They treated my new desk and the placing of all the computer wires with the white glove treatment. They cleaned my beautiful piece of glass and placed it gently on top of my desk as it was in their own home. I can’t say enough good things about In Your Office. I will recommend them to EVERYONE I know. You will be so pleased with your purchase. What a GOLD MINE. Stop shopping and go to In Your Office. You will be so happy you did! This is a FAMILY STORE… no surprises later. They actually treat you like want your return business all the way through the process and they certainly earned mine!

I had been searching on the web for office furniture and many of them sold un-​assembled furniture and insisted that I used a 3^rd party for the installation.
It was quite frustrating and I am grateful that this company was so easy to deal with. They got me great looking furniture with top quality and fast turnaround at a very reasonable price.
Their delivery guys are super nice and came right on time.
I highly recommend them and encourage anyone who is looking for office furniture to buy it here… their prices are better than online.
They have faster turnaround than any retailer (i.e. Staples) and just super professional.

I guess after the experience I had at the other large furntiure store just down the parking lot from here, any place where they won’t make you feel uncomfortable deserves 5 stars just for that!
Compared to a lot of the other stores I visited, this one really impressed me. First, the sales guy was very friendly and didn’t follow me around like a lost puppy.
If you’re looking for a desk for your home office or library (a la the Chandler or Courtlandt mansion — this is a soap opera reference), then this is the place to be! They have a great selection!
The quality seems to be good, and I guess it’s reasonably priced. Since I don’t own a mansion and rent something that’s no bigger than a breadbox, the desks and cabinet combos were out of my league. I was just browsing for some simple but quality bookcases, which they did have a bigger selection than other stores.
Another plus? If you mention their web site, you don’t have to pay sales tax!
The final plus? It’s pretty well organized and easy to walk around in. The furniture is not all crammed together in weird configurations so that you feel like you’re trapped in a maze.
