I have been going to Hello Nail for quite awhile now… because I finally found a place where I am consistently happy with the job they do. Cindy, the owner, does an amazing job on my nails (p&w with gel) every time… and she does it quickly. It took me some time to trust her enough to wax my eyebrows and aside from one desperate situation when traveling… I haven’t been anywhere else since. And… for what it’s worth, the somewhere else was Nordstrom. They use a template for proper shaping and the gal that was doing my brow was really impressed at how good the shape already was… so, for three times as much I can have someone use a template… or for $ 10 Cindy does a perfect job… freehand. She is skilled in her trade and has the style and flair to apply it in great way!

Not a good experience for me. It was my first time going there this morning. I got the full set of acrylics with gel color.
After telling her what I wanted she gave me a grumble sound that she acknowledged what I said, however she apparently didn’t care one bit. Never asked me if the length or shape was ok… nothing. She was moving so fast. I finally had to stop her and tell her that the shape wasn’t right, and it still isn’t. I definitely wasn’t rude. I tried to strike some conversation, asking her name etc,. She wasn’t interested. It just didn’t matter what I wanted, she plopped on the nails in about 20 min and was happy to send me on my way.
I don’t understand why they would treat a customer like they are not happy to have you come in. My nails look awful :(
Bottom line, I DO NOT suggest anyone go here for a new set of nails.

Cindy is the owner and she does my nails. I get more compliments that people think they are my real nails. I will always go to Cindy and she only takes 25 – 30 minutes which I like because I hate sitting for long periods.

I love this place. The staff is always welcoming and attentive. I came in minutes before closing and they took me. They stayed 40 minutes past closing and took their time on my nails. I absolutely love my nails. They look so natural.

I went in for a Gel mani and pedi… This place did a ok job! The massage chair didn’t work it also looked dirty or maybe it was just really old. The staff wasn’t very friendly at all! I don’t think I’ll be going back.

I was referred to this place by a friend. She said to have Cindy do my nails. I let Linda do my nails and I was very disappointed. It was a bad manicure followed by a very poor gel nail polish job. There was gel polish on my cuticles, it was uneven and then, after 8 days the polish chipped off. I will not go to this shop again.

Nit one bit happy. One of the worst experience ever. Not my normal area to go around but the bf had stuff to do so I went here… First off if your brochure is incorrect fix it. I decided to go with the deluxe pedi/mani and omg I got jipped. First they wanted to talk in their language and argue about the service and then she was rude the rest of the time… not OK. They did a shitty job and were rude. I do not believe they will get a tip from me. Very upsetting they would treat a customer like this.

Went here this weekend for the first time. I was referred here… the person I was referred to was busy… so I went to someone else. They were really not friendly here at all, and I got my nails done (a fill) and they are so sharp I cut myself. I was in this area for the weekend, I think next time I will drive further to the place I usually go to.
