DKI Restotech started a water leak repair on my house on May 27th. They just finished on September 9th. They did such a terrible job they had to rip out all the hardwood floor they put in and start over again. Their crew was drinking my beer while they removed the damaged hardwood floor. They cut corners to increase their profits. They lied about most of the mistakes they made. They broke the refrigerator input valve and soaked my downstairs and new hardwood floor again. They put in smaller, cheaper cabinets in the kitchen and said they were only allowed to put in standard cabinets, not the custom cabinets like we had. Avoid this company and avoid the total inconvenience they put me and my family thru.

My insurance company sent these guys out to do the cleanup work, so I thought they would be good and they were. They showed up when they said they would and completed the work. The problem is that they didn’t provide me a written estimate(I thought it had been provided to the insurance company) and when the bill showed up it was about four times what I would have paid a my normal licensed, bonded, local service. Even with the insurance kicking in, I would have saved money if I had just called my regular guys and paid directly. REQUIRE a WRITTENESTIMATEBEFORE you let them start any work. THEYAREVERY, VERYEXPENSIVE!

My insurance company hired this firm to dry my place out after a water leak. The DKI staff were very friendly and accommodated my schedule. The technicians were helpful, very conscientious about my furniture, and cleaned up the site. They made coping with this stressful situation just a bit easier. Thanks, Robert G.
