Christy is an amazing therapist, life coach & all around a great person to have in your life. She has the perfect blend of compassion & no nonsense that makes me feel safe & understood while also motivating me to make the necessary changes in my life. She is very effective with EMDR & anyone who is struggling with any type of addiction will benefit from having her as a therapist/​life coach.
