Great class even for beginner or non-dancers. I was definitely sore and Jordan gives a great all-over conditioning workout. The stretching portion used ballet techniques and the conditioning was geared to the kind of overall strengthening that you need when you dance. I have been taking yoga for almost a year and just started doing ballet again, but was feeling like I need a bit«more» in the way of a strength workout. This was just the ticket. Jordan is a good instructor and makes the class fun and accessible no matter what your fitness level. And I much prefer the dance studio environment to a class in a gym.
