The third time bringing in my clothes 3 of 6 items still had mild stains a mark on the collar etc that had been noted at drop off. I didn’t notice this until I got home. I brought them back, when I asked the woman to redo them she asked me «Are you always so particular?» I replied, «Yes, when I’m paying for stains to be removed». I’d never complained of anything prior to so the response was unwarranted. I offered to accept reimbursement and go elsewhere, if she didn’t want to redo them. I was told there are NO refunds, that the stains would likely not come out. The items were «redone» of course the stains remained.
Typically at other establishments they automatically try to redo them without requesting, additionally they’ll tell you if a stain could not be removed. I found the customer service to be lacking. Had this been handled another way I would have been more understanding. I wouldn’t recommend this location unless you aren’t too particular about your dry cleaning.

Seabreeze is right down the street from my house so it’s super convenient, but even better is that the owner is very nice. They do a great job with my clothes, are reasonably priced and get the job done fast. He also has a cute little chihuahua that’s been there the last few times – a place with a dog is always an added bonus!
