Darleen Centala is very unprofessional and does not follow up, return phone calls, text or emails. She allegedly has chronic computer issues and has every excuse in the book. She switched agencies from Surterre Properties in the middle of our contract and we did not here from her for a month in between — she hops from agency to agency. Ultimately, she never sold our home and we were happy to have our contract expire. She submitted the termination of the contract incorrectly — she couldn’t even get that right.
Terrible service! Don’t be fooled by her pleasant demeanor upfront — it’s merely a front.
