This company, or their contractor, knowingly disguised termite damage in the roof of our home before we purchased it in 2012. We’re now going through a refi and recently discovered the damage which had been covered up by a facia board nail gunned into place from below, to hide damage to the roof eave when looking at it from below. The actual roof board was missing tiles, and the board itself was rotten through due to water and dry termite damage.
It’s now going to cost us about $ 1k to fix the damage, which while not a large amount, is money for damage we should not have needed to pay for in the first place. Had this damage not been deceitfully hidden, Pacificon Realty would have fixed it before closing in 2012. Considering the substandard work on the HVAC system, the rusty water heater that required replacement, and various other substandard repairs to the house before my wife and I owned it, I can’t say I’m surprised.

Kevin Nicholson and his team are 100% top notch. I have worked with him on several transactions now and find him to be, professional, reasonable, articulate, kind, cares about his sellers and the persons buying his listings. He is easy to work with from a Buyers Agent standpoint and from a Mortgage Lenders standpoint. I have transacted business with him as a lender TDR Mortgage and as a Realtor TDR Real Estate Group.
Most recently we had buyer have issues with the home after it closed. Most agents wouldn’t give you the time of day but not Kevin. He gave us his Utmost Attention and we were able to solve the problem with the buyer and NOT jeopardize the relationship.
