Crystal is amazing! My first time there, I did not know anyone. Crystal was my masseuse. I had the 80 min Hot Stone Massage and I could not have been happier. I will definitely return and ask for her. I am super picky!

Had an amazing deep tissue massage with Crystal. She paid close attention to detail and was able to get deep in my muscles. She is definitely my new favorite therapist. Tip her well!

Scheduled a massage and facial for my wife while vacationing in the Laguna Beach area. She thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Both her masseuse and her esthetician provided excellent service. The spa was clean and inviting. The entire staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful for out-​of-​towners unfamiliar with the area.

I just realized I’m logged into my wife’s Unilocal account but either way. I try to get at least one massage a month, recently a friend referred me to him in stone. Upon arrival I was greeted by two very nice ladies and immediately noticed how clean everything was. My massage was from Cassie and it was amazing. Being an athletic guy I had a few troubled spots I wanted her to focus on and that she did. I left feeling refreshed and with a reprieve from the knots in my shoulder. Hand and Stone is my new spot!

Just came here for the first time and crystal just gave me the most relaxing massage ever. If you ve ever been to hand and stone definitely ask for crystal Ill for sure be comming back soon

Hand & Stone is great! I try to go there on a monthly basis and Kristin is my favorite masseuse. The owners and staff are very friendly. The ambiance is wonderful. I’ve had many massages at various spas and I highly recommend Hand & Stone.

I went to get a massage at Hand and Stone with a friend of mine who has a membership. I am thinking about a membership.
I had an 80 minute massage was with Maggie. She was wonderful and helpful. She really worked on my shoulders. She also did some stretching and gave a really good head and neck massage. Maggie incorporates acupressure into her massage.
I look forward to going again.

Great experience. Will return on our next visit to Laguna!

This review is for massage therapist Nadia. I have had many massages and I have to say Nadia is the BEST! She really gets to the root of whatever my issue is. She is so knowledgeable and in tune with the body she knows exactly how to work out any problem. She is a true expert in her craft and takes therapeutic massage to a whole new level! Not to mention she is very sweet and pretty! 5 stars all the way!!!

Mario is the reason for the five Starz.
His energy is super calm and relaxing and I was extremely gracious to end up in his hands yesterday.

This is an extremely complicated review for me to write because my husband and I came in for a couples massage to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary (eight years of dating as well) and had very mixed experiences. If I had to review from my husband’s side, I would give 5 stars. From my side I’d be torn from a 2.5−3. However, since my husband felt so strongly about his massage, I went with 4 stars overall.
My husband had the massage of his life from Andrew. Andrew was truly a rockstar. My husband likes really, really intense pressure and has never found a therapist who was able to or willing to really go deep enough into knots and tight areas. If you need deep restoration, Andrew is the best in Orange County. He really listened to my husband’s request for pressure and also really paid attention to points of pain on his body.
That being said, I wasn’t very pleased with my experience, which is hard to say because everyone was incredibly nice and the facility was clean and relaxing.
The first smaller thing: when I called and checked in, I let them know we were there for our anniversary, and because of that we had a total of three upgrades to our couples massage (two hot foot towel treatments, one aromatherapy). Multiple times we were referred to as «friends» and at the end we were asked if «we wanted to pay together». Not a huge deal, but when you’re trying to kick off a romantic weekend, it’s extremely odd and just takes you back.
My massage therapist didn’t have a style I really enjoyed or had before. However, she was a very sweet woman and some people may like her style, so out of respect I won’t name her. I expressed that my main concerns were my neck (primarily) and back as I have a lot of pain there.
My massage ended up being ⁵⁰⁄₅₀. Half of the time she was stretching my body, the other half she was actually massaging me. There were times she found knots, but she didn’t work on them, she skipped over them.
She also spent minimal time on my neck and back. I’m awake this morning and still in pain — my body feels the same as it did before the massage. At the end of the massage, she acknowledged that my neck and back were bad and recommended that I «come back for a 90 minute session with her» so I could feel better. Well… No? I actually told you up front that my neck and back were causing me pain, why wouldn’t you focus on making me feel better the first time?
I wouldn’t really recommend either the aromatherapy or hot towel foot scrub. I was expecting a deeper, more focused foot massage with the hot towel foot scrub. Instead I would describe it more as the quality massage you get when you’re getting a pedicure. It was more about exfoliation than the actual concentrated foot massage.
Again, this was a really tough review to write because my husband and I had such different experiences. My husband feels incredible and had a great massage. On the other hand, I wasted time and money on my massage, which is the first time that’s happened to me. Everyone is very nice, I just experienced the front desk and my therapist not listening to me (about our anniversary and about the areas of concern I have) but my husbands therapist was phenomenal and listened to him.
I just wish I would’ve skipped my massage to save it for something to make our anniversary more memorable.

I had the BEST massage experience at Hand and Stone in Laguna Beach. Jeanne knew her products and her technique was superb. I am sure she stopped a migraine before it could take hold.

39 weeks pregnant and my husband treated me to a much needed prenatal massage. I was running 15 minutes late due to all the weekend traffic down pch and I just called the receptionist and let them know and they were fine.
When I got there I was received nicely, offered water and just had to sign a waiver for the prenatal massage. I then got to meet my masseuse named Kristin. She was super lovely! Great personality and downright made me feel super relaxed and comfortable. I dont get massages too often so I dont know proper terms or have much to compare it to as for pressure. But for a 39 week pregnant woman, she sure did the job! I feel so relaxed and I got what I needed for the longest time. A massage! I highly recommend her for prenatal massages and just simply because she is such a radiant personality! :)

Just finished a glycolic peel with Laura. I couldn’t be happier! My skin looks amazing. This is my second facial with her and I just love her. She really knows her stuff and everything that she has recommended for me has been spot on and not complicated. Everyone at this location is so nice and welcoming.
I would highly recommend both facials and massages here. You will not be disappointed.

My husband and I had our anniversary this past weekend, and I wanted a nice treat for us, so I called Hand & Stone. I was greated by Kimberly, with beyond exceptional customer service. She helped me pick the right package for us, a couples massage, and helped me choose therapists for us.
Ryan and Genesis were our therapists, and I highly highly highly recommend them. I had a weird pain in my lower back, and after my session felt much much better. My husband is really picky when it comes to massages, but, he loved his massage. He would not stop talking about how great it was.
Hand and Stone really listens and heals.
