Cinderbox Smoke Shop

Great place for all your needed supplies. The staff is superb, especially Jenn.
I highly recommend.

Went to Cinderbox to get a vaporizer. Brought it home and it wouldn’t hold a charge. Brought it back 2 days later and the conversation went like this:
Me: I bought this here 2 days ago and it won’t work.
Employee: We don’t sell that type of vaporizer.
Me: Yes you do i bought it here 2 days ago
Employee: We’ve never carried this type… wait heres the same one in the cabinet.
Employee: Do you have your receipt?
Me: no I didn’t get one (Its the digital age)
Employee: Theres nothing I can do without a receipt but you can call the manufacturer. They are really good with replacements.
Me: It never worked and i have to deal?
Employee: Sorry but they will be able to sort it faster than I can.
Me: Can i get a copy of the reciept so i can warranty it.
Employee: Sure (he prints a copy after easily finding the transaction)
Me: Now that i have a receipt can i exchange it.
Employee: Sorry but… blah blah blah
Strongly suggest not buying anything electronic as they apparently don’t stand by what they sell. He could have easily exchanged it and had his manufactures rep deal with it. Now I get to deal with it!

I was excited when I saw a cigar bar above Taco Loco. The stairs, the hours on the door and their Unilocal says they are open but the door is locked at 730… Business fail

Great location, I work across the street pretty much and ran out of smokes during my shift. On my lunch I walked over here due to a tip from Google maps since it was the closest. The location is so cool. It’s above the taco shop. The place is clean and organized, a little pricey but considering its the only place around that is an actual smoke shop… Overall, it’s pretty awesome. Will be here again maybe next month.

Nice little place. The staff is always friendly some even remember my name. I go in often for hookah tobacco and while they don’t have an enormous selection they do have really great brands at reasonable prices. All around great place!

I thought this was a cool place when I walked in. It’s a nice small colorful tobacco ship in a awesome location overlooking PCH and the ocean. This place is more of a tobacco accessories store than an actual cigar or tobacco shop.
You will find all types of accessories from cigar/​cigarette lighters, hookahs, pipes to butane fluid and a small selection of cigars.
The selection of cigars is pretty small and the cigar prices are very reasonable. What made this place a gem is Daniel, the gentleman that works there. He was a cool down-​to-​earth guy that was awesome to talk to that knows the ins and outs of Laguna beach.
I highly recommend this place for your tobacco accessory needs.

Cool little shop for sure. Management definitely takes pride in the place, and the owner has got the old school head shop style down proper. Great location on PCH, perfect for the dummy who left his stash box at home before heading down to skim laguna. I will definitely pop in for a visit again someday, even if for no good reason. No tweaker pipes, no sex toys. A shop as it ought to be. Cinder box is good people.

This is a nice little smoke shop with friendly staff. Climb the stairs at Taco Loco — and you are there. A lovely view — with some outdoor seating is just outside the door. When you want a place to chill and enjoy the view — this is a good one. The selection of cigars is not vast — but it will do. Lots of Hookah, and other such supplies.
Hint: There is a restroom downstairs in the parking garage.
