Semper Fi Parents of the Hudson Valley

What a gr8 organization.
I had thought with the name Semper Fi it was restricted to Marine families — WRONG.
This Semper Fi Parent group provides services to all military sects.
They hold events to provide community awareness of the needs of our troops as well as fund raising to send needed Xtras to the troops (goodie boxes, clean sox and more). The provide wreathes on the graves of those who made the ultimate sacrifice. They are a sounding board for other parents who hold their breath as their child serves this country.
I was fortunate to attend an MC event from New Hackensack FD to raise $$$ for this worthy cause. I am so glad I was able to do a little to help out our troops.
PLEASE check out their website and donate if you can… the letters from troops who receive their goods are just heart wrenching… and WE ALL have something to thank them for.
