How does a fast food place manage to run out of ketchup? Usually this place runs out of soda (but will still sell you a soda) but today it was ketchup. They also served the 3 smallest chicken fingers ever. Then I discovered the reason they were so small was that they were dried husks of chicken fingers.
Zaxby’s chain has started their death spiral — lowering their food quality and even quantity. Must be to save a buck because their prices have not shifted lower commensurate with the quality/​quantity shift.

To me, the breading in the chicken is never consistent. Sometimes it’s crispy, sometimes it’s not. I recommend people try out the mobile app for online ordering. Works well especially if you’re ordering for someone else.

As an avid and loyal Zaxby’s customer I have to say, this location is absolutely trash. It’s dirty and the staff is confused about everything… But that’s beside the point that I waited in the drive-​thru for 15+ minutes and got my food COLD and missing sauce. MISSING SAUCE? Like… The only reason anyone orders wings and I got cold (refrigerator cold), sauce-​less wings.
The experience is mind-​numbingly slow and you will never get what you want. On top of that, they over-​butter their salt (oops I mean toast). They have almost unbearably salty toast. Please don’t let your opinion of Zaxby’s be dictated by this place. This one of the absolute worst fast food experiences I’ve had here – BOTH times I’ve come.

Service: This location is credited with the slowest Zaxby’s experience (both dine-​in and drive thru) I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. The drive thru itself is poorly designed and the line backs up out of the actual parking lots daily.
They do not pay attention to detail. For example when you request a different or additional sauce. Check your bag and prepare to WAIT!!!

First time eating Zaxbys in three years since I moved from Georgia to Washington. Good gracious I bit into the first golden chicken finger of my big zax snack and a wave of emotion flustered my insides that reminded me of my grandmother singing a lullaby to put me to sleep. The South (and Zaxbys) will rise again.

I was passing through town and stopped off the interstate to eat. The location is out of the line of sight from the interstate but I’m glad I found it. I love Zaxby’s. The place was clean the food was quick and good as always.
