Arrowhead Point is my very favorite part of Lake Travis — see my pics as to why! My Bro in law has a boat and I always ask him to cruise by here when we are out on Lake Travis. But, I much prefer it via kayak with my dog for a relaxing after work evening unwinding or early morning taking in the abundant wildlife and natural wonders. This area of the lake has several unusual features including the cliffs, islands a couple of waterfalls(when we get rain) and some interesting caverns. Arrowhead Park is actually known for its great 18 Par Disk Golf Course. Unfortunately it is only open to members of the neighborhood association and their guests. I have a friend who lives here so this is where we launch our kayaks. For everyone who does not have a friend living here — Arrowhead Point is just across from Pace Bend Park. I can not express enough how beautiful this place is — if you love the outdoors do not pass this natural wonder by.
