Amazing. After a HORRIBLE experience getting an engagement ring at Kay Jewelers (shoddy ring that fell apart the day after we bought it, rude and aloof sales associates, and waiting SIX WEEKS for a ring repair that was supposed to take TWO, before we could even return it!) we headed to Vierks.
Not only was the sales person extremely nice, she was also understanding of our price range and didn’t try to push for more. Due to the incompetency at Kays we were pushing a deadline and were going out of town two days later. Vierks not only set us up with an amazing ring, but they sized me and got the ring resized– seriously– THIRTY MINUTES later! We had barely gotten home before we got the call that it was done.
Trust me when I say we will be coming back for wedding bands, and repairs every time we are in town!

I visited today to sell a couple coins we had collected over the years, as I had done in the past. I don’t know if he decided today to lowball me for whatever reason or try to take advantage of the fact that I am a female by offering me an extremely outrageous low price for my items. Never again. Thankfully, I knew what my items were worth.
