I’m in the industry and I must say that this is an excellent showroom. You will be greeted by professional and knowledgable sales staff. This is a locally owned company and it’s important to try to do business locally. They have all types of appliances for every budget. Displays are mainly in kitchen settings so you can see how they will look in your kitchen. Tops are really nice people tondo business with and they will certainly take good care of you.

Mel helped me design a stunning modern space with a bold color. She took into account the large amount of space in the great room and my love of cooking & entertaining and my OCD for mise en place in the kitchen and bar.
The staff made sure the design and appliance choices fit my needs and wants, met code, and be functional in the way I excepted them to be. They were frank when needed and explained why some choices were better than others.
Top’s supplied all of the cabinets for my Great Room (kitchen, bar, & entertainment center), my bathrooms, and my office. The Caesar Stone counter tops. All of the appliances, including laundry. All of it was installed timely and professionally.
The install crew went out of their way to keep everything neat and clean. They even solved issues created by the builder that came close to ruining the design we worked so hard on.
They hauled a 36″ SubZero frig to the 2^nd floor — i think i weighs around 800lbs! It was amazing to witness the team work of 4 guys having to haul that unit up the stairs. It was a very tight fit up the stairs.

Wonderful experience overall! I purchased a new range and love it! The installation guys were professional and completed everything perfectly. Everyone here greeted me with a smile. Can’t wait to do more business with this great company!

This is a review from a few years back however, I feel so strongly about this experience that I decided to share it with the Unilocal community.
I visited Tops to shop for a range hood for my kitchen. I was greeted by a salesman after I had browsed the showroom for several minutes and I explained to him that I was in the market for a range hood. I was shopping for a mid tier hood to put over my stove and was drawn to one in particular. When I asked the salesman for more specifics on the model that I liked he told me that I could not afford that range hood. I wrote down the model number and left the store in disgust. Upon arriving home I Googled the hood and found it for $ 200 cheaper online!
Thanks to that salesman I saved $ 200. I will never go back.
