Friendly and professional, but what really got my attention was her attention the detail. She literally will not let you leave with sub par results. Also she has an assortment of candies to help ‘take your mind off things’, which is great for beginners. She explains everything in detail and is open to any questions or concerns you may have.

This is the best place to get a wax in Lafayette. After deciding to go for a wax before my wedding day at another establishment in town and being extremely disappointed not to mention terrified to ever get a wax again because of the pain level inflicted on me I decided to try again, I went to see kelly and the difference was night and day! She is quick and professional, and the pain I experienced was extremely minimal compared to the other place I had gone before. I recommend going to the Sphinx for any wax you may need. She is fantastic

Booked an appointment here a while ago because I had an underarm hair emergency and need a wax in a bad way! I got lost on the way here and was late for my appointment by around 10 minutes, despite leaving 20 minutes early (yes, I was that lost). I apologized, but I must have ticked my esthetician off because she was quite passive aggressive/​visibly irritated, despite my apologies. Regardless, she removed my underarm hair fairly quickly and without much fuss. I won’t be back, but this lady does a good job. She’s quick and fairly thorough from my experience.

I just got a Brazilian for the second on time but first time from Kelly. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and she did a fantastic job! She works so quickly that I could not believe it when she was done. I will definitely be going back to her and telling all my friends about her.

I just got a signature organic facial from Kelly and it was amazing! Kelly took the time to understand my skin needs and explained the different treatments and products she offers and recommends for me. She’s very knowledgeable and professional. Her facial room is nicely decorated and neat, which adds to the experience. I went in expecting an hour long facial but got that and more! She’s an amazing masseuse as well. She massaged my scalp, shoulders, arms and feet. The best part was the scalp massage! The whole experience was so nice and relaxing that I purchased and scheduled another facial.
