The guy that works here is super rude not only did he ignore the fact that I was in line and continued a conversation with someone else but he grabbed my credit card out of my hand wow horrible customer service

Review #018 — 2016 I’ve been to this Starbucks on many occasions and service has always been good. I especially love the outdoor seating with all the beautiful scent from the jasmine on the trellis. My last visit here was not so great. One of the girls decided that she wanted to sweep the carpet inside the store while we were placing our order. I don’t mind that she was trying to do her job, but why not take the carpet outside and sweep it out there? My sister and I were both standing there waiting for our coffees and the next thing you know, there’s dust flying all over the place. I was actually pretty annoyed and upset since I did not want any of it flying into my coffee. Do people not have common sense when it comes to simple little things like that?

We arrived early on a rainy weekend morning. There were customers at the inside tables, and a few people waiting for their drinks. I counted 6 employees. One cashier, two at the hot drink prep area, and three in somewhat mysterious roles which involved them talking to each other behind the counter. The wait was long, and the thumping music piped in over the two speakers-which were playing in stereo, you don’t do that in any public room-made it seem even longer. We finally got our drinks, wove our way past a couple of cars whose drivers found it necessary to sit in the middle of the odd-shaped lot waiting for spaces, and left. Never to return.

I stop here because I work right across the street but the line is always long as can be and drinks seem to take a long time to be made, longer than most Starbucks I’ve been to.

By far the WORST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’m a religious coffee drinker and have visited many Starbucks’. I’ve been a gold member for five years now and have never had this happen to me. I had a reward on my phone that I wanted to redeem, it showed up on my phone and everything. When I was being rang up I told the barista I wanted to use my reward so I scanned my phone and she said it wasn’t going through, I told her to try it again. She did and still wasn’t going through. She called her manager and that manager was the dumbest person I ever met. My latte was already made and she told me there was nothing she could do for me. She suggested I call the 800 number for them to fix the app. I will never go to this location again. As a good manager she should of gave me the latte and apologised to me for the inconvenience. I will be writing a letter to the corporate office.

Love the service they always remember our order. They do allow people to bring their dogs inside. Gross.

Last day dealing with this place. I know someone who runs a Starbucks in another town who has told me the cost to brew a pot, let alone a half pot, of coffee. She specifically said selling one cup covers the cost. You’re a coffee place! You should focus on having coffee brewed. I’ve been a loyal every day customer for over 5 years and the fact that they’re not willing to have the decaf brewed when they know I’ll be in there(along with other customers I know who frequent this place and order decaf) then you should be fired. Goodbye Starbucks!

This is one of my favorites. The little outdoor patio is fabulous! Super cute little shop

This is a coffee chain that some people probably have in their garage. It’s so ubiquitous and standardized, exceeding no rational standards. Getting excited over Starbucks is like getting excited that you will sleep tonight, only special for a limited few. The Laffayete location is somewhat above average. There’s not too much food in Laffayete until you get closer to Bart, but this is at a convenient stop on the walk, bike or car ride there. It has lots of tables, chairs and a couch. There’s a nice patio and it’s near a 7-Eleven. I went in mid-day. The line was moderate and they have a large La Boulange selection. I had a raspberry soda, but they do have of course lots of coffee. The price was $ 2.45. This is Starbucks, which just like other fast food chains, standardizes even with price increases. Soda is slapped together water and chemicals, so this is not exceptional. If you got something to wait for in Laffayete, try waiting here at the Starbucks on Mount Diablo Boulevard.

Sometimes my drink is ok. And sometimes it isn’t. They are very inconsistent. I may be picky but if I say light ice I’d expect them not to use the venti ice scoop. Or at the very least hold the ice back with the lid if the tea shaker. Also they put their teas in the plastic cups at night while they wash the pitchers. These cups have no lids for starters(ew). And also, I’m wondering why they’d waste more cups if Starbucks is supposed to be going green. Just sayin’

Love coming here especially for the outdoor seating which is greatttt on a sunny day(which this place gets a fair share of!). Just wish they had a bit more seating outside!

Though this Starbucks has ample seating, the baristas quite often mess up drink orders and seem to move at a snails pace, even when there are huge lines. Also, even though this location has its own lot, parking can be pretty atrocious. If I’m ever in a Starbucks mood, I’ll just go up the street.

I’ve been here a few times since moving to the neighborhood. It’s nice and cozy inside with a big outdoor patio outside. My main complaint is that 3 days within one week, I went there and they were out of earl grey tea so I couldn’t get an earl grey tea latte. The first time they were nice and gave me a coupon for a free drink, but the following days they just apologized and asked me for another drink option. I’ve been hesitant to go back because of it. I also went to the Starbucks in downtown Lafayette that same week and they were also out of earl grey tea! Kind of a big disappointment for me. Hopefully they get some in soon.

This place is my daily stop in the morning. The staff here is always very kind and hardworking. The line is always near the door and the staff plow through to accommodate each patron. Coffee here is my staple. No matter the flavor it’s a delicious roast. The food selection is great too. I rotate between the bacon Gouda artisan sandwich and the sausage sandwich. Always delicious. When I switch it up, I love that they heat up all the pastry options. Seating inside is limited but is overseen by the ample patio seating. A huge perk they have free wifi! Love relaxing with a cup of coffee and working on my laptop. The only downside is there are NO outlets to power up! Can’t hangout to long or the power will die! Please get outlets near the seating!

This location doesn’t have outlets inside to plug a computer in!!! So when I got there to do some work before meeting up with my boss down the street, i was frustrated after I had ordered my drink and then settled in to realize that I was going to have to leave since my computer was dying. I looked up and down the inside seating to see if there was a plug, but nope… The girls behind the counter were super nice, though. And there is a lovely outdoor patio with plenty of chairs and tables for when the weather is nice.

One of my favorite Starbucks do to the employees, not the patrons. Be ware, mothers do not control their children here and let them run around like its a jungle gym. I always had my coffee made right and it is ready before I even get to the POS. Thanks Starbuck’s team for all your years of service, I will miss you.

I’m on a Starbucks review revolution… so I’m starting all of my reviews with this standard statement. If you’re stalking me(totally kidding… sort of) and reading these in order, skip to the next paragraph. Let me qualify my review by saying, I’m one of those Starbucks once daily(sometimes twice daily if I’m evil from being overly tired) people. I frequent many a Starbucks and completely disagree that all Starbucks are created equal. I’ll agree that the coffee is generally consistent, but the attention to detail(like 190 degrees), the cleanliness of the store, whether they can keep drip coffee made, how fast they can make drinks, ability to not lose drinks etc is all over the board. Came in here the other day in desperate need for caffeine. Coffee was the right temperature and tasted like it always does; I should also mention the service was friendly and the store is relatively clean. The cons are as other people have noted in their reviews. The tables are on top of eachother and there is limited standing room so the cramped nature of this BUX is amplified by kids running amok with their mini moos. Also the parking lot is a dee-saster! Trying to maneuver my way out required a 6-point turn, swerving around 2 waiting cars and trying to remember that there is only one way in and one way out. All in all, this is a decent Starbucks and gets an A-OK from me.

In general Starbucks are 3 star for me. Coffee is fine, not special. If I’m going for chain coffee… I prefer that other one. This particular Starbucks may have a lot of soccer moms as Wanugee describes(fine by me… I’m more of a hoops mom) but it also has an over abundance of those people who can’t go anywhere without their dogs. Don’t get me wrong, I love my dog and take her for walks every day… but she does not need to go out to coffee, restaurants, kid’s sporting events, shopping, etc. with me. It’s kinda selfish don’t ya think? Is your dog dying to be leashed to your chair while you have coffee? Do you break out a watering can and scrub brush if your dog takes a P on the patio? Also, as Tam would say, the layout of the parking lot is ass.

Not all Starbuck’s are created equal… and this is a great Starbucks. Mostly because it is located in a spot that’s easy to park, has ample outside seating and is conveniently located AWAY from downtown. The staff here is always very friendly, and the drinks fantastic! My only complaint is that there are LOADS of children(and I mean this not in a mean way)… but the ample seating attracts a lot of mom’s looking to hook up for coffee and chatting.
