Usually I receive tremendous customer service, but not recently. I stop into Pizza Hut once a month, but the last 2 times I’ve been there it’s been a struggle. My most recent visit took 2 employees and 14 minutes, plus getting hassled me over the $ 10 credit they gave me from my previous visit. When they finally got around to invoicing me, they neglected to give me the $ 10 credit. I was to ask for my receipt so I could prove the error. To add insult to injury no one even bothered to say, «Sorry for the confusion» nor«Sorry for the screw up». Very Disappointing I think they need to work on their communication skills and possibly find a new manager.

Good food, had room reserved & were thrown out. Worst service being THROWNOUT for another party(entitled, pushy & bitchy. It’s not our fault the staff can’t plan properly. It’s a good thing that profanity isn’t accepted on Unilocal b/c this review would be loaded with it. Food can’t make up for s – ty staff.

I tried the buffet which starts at 5:00 pm, there is a lunch buffet too, the salad bar is included too. You can make a nice salad and you can request your favorite pizza if it’s not out at the time.

When this place gets it right, it’s truly a treat, but the problem is that about 2/3’s of the time, the pizza is not just ok and not just bad, but absolutely terrible. We’ve actually literally thrown away an entire pizza because it made us want to gag. There’s clearly not sufficient oversight; the variation pizza-to-pizza is extreme. I’d recommend Little Caesars before this Pizza Hut, which I hate to say, because sometimes it is wonderful. Such a disappointment. Just be warned. It’s a gamble.

Yes it’s a pizza chain, but this location was particularly good for a few reasons: 1. Pizza buffet… for dinner! I’ve only seen Pizza Hut lunch buffets until our visit to Lafayette. They also had pasta on the buffet and that was really good. We got seated a little late, but the host assured us that they’d continue to put out fresh pizza on the buffet past the advertised time if there were enough people still eating from there. 2. Caesar salad on the salad bar. As a child, I liked the Pizza Hut salad bar just for their Caesar salad, but eventually I stopped seeing it at the restaurants we visited. 3. Good ranch dressing on the salad bar. This is the first time I actually really liked the ranch dressing at a Pizza Hut. 4. Nice décor –stained glass windows, candle holders on the tables, and I think there was a fire place too. It was much nicer than some of the dive-y Pizza Huts that I’ve been to.

My nephew and I like to come here when we can for the pizza buffet. The buffet lets you get a beautiful salad and choose from a wide array of freshly made pizzas which are brought out and placed on the buffet table as they come out of the oven. This Pizza Hut always has the freshest, crispest lettuce and they do a wonderful job of keeping all the fixin’s on the salad bar topped off and looking attractive. There aren’t that many places that have great salad bars. They will make a pizza of your choosing and put out on the buffet if you ask when you are seated.(I like a nice thin-crust cheese and jalapeño pie.) It is usually ready in about ten minutes, and they bring you two slice on a little plate and put the rest of the pie on the buffet. Favorites of mine are the thin crust chicken with hot wing sauce, the taco pizza, and the thin crust pepperoni(America’s favorite pie). They also have some dessert pizza things, the idea of which seems too dreadful to me. Free refills on their Pepsi(of course) products. They also have beer on tap by the pitcher and probably by the glass, but I am not sure what kinds. They do a good job with parties, and it is a good place to bring kids. Swell salads, good pies. What’s not to like?
