O’Neil Property Management

I’m not surprised I’m the first to review O’Neil, the first review is usually someone who is mad and just wants to smear the business’ name, but there aren’t any of those and its because O’Neil is great. I’m a Purdue student and after renting from Crestview (a nightmare) I switched to O’Neil and had a wonderful experience. The management was very friendly and prompt about complaints or issues I had, and their rates for rent were very reasonable. I have to say we did find a really sweet place to rent so we may have gotten a little lucky, but everyone else renting from O’Neil that I’ve spoken to have had nothing but good things to say. They have online rent payment available, and they’re flexible when you need to meet with them. If you want good management for your apartment in Lafayette or West Lafayette, rent from O’Neil. They’re fantastic.
