Dr. Colburn spent a great deal of time with me, discussing my options.
He advised me to hold off on the laser, until I tried a few other options first, since – given my particular situation (one of my toenails is severely infected with a rare fungus that is highly resistant to treatment, and not well-​studied) – the odds of the laser working seemed relatively low.
He prescribed a compounded medication that my previous podiatrist and dermatologists hadn’t suggested, and he suggested I try another medication, if this medication doesn’t work.
He suggested I get a refund for the Groupon (which I did), but said he’d honor the Groupon price, if and when I come back for the laser, after trying the medications he prescribed/​recommended.
He didn’t charge me a dime for the consultation and prescription, despite the fact that his office didn’t accept my insurance.
I really appreciate his generosity and integrity.
I recommend him without hesitation.

I went to see Dr Colburn after buying a voucher on Amazon for laser nail fungus removal. He examined me, sanding down my nail to get a better look and informed me I had been misdiagnosed by previous Drs. He recommended seeing a dermatologist to rule out a hidden melanoma and refused any kind of payment for the exam and consultation. It would have been so easy for him to not look closely and provide the laser treatment I believed I needed. Truly a moral and conscientious man. I highly recommend his practice to anyone in need of a podiatrist.
