Worst McDonald’s in area
Always dirty, bad/​slow service, rude employees .
I don’t know what they do to the tea here (awful)but it is not the same as other McDonald’s.

No one in line, empty restaurant. Service was slow, food was poor, old, obviously not freshly made despite a several minute wait. The bun on my burger was hard enough to crunch when I bit it. Whoever made the burger must have known, they just didn’t care.

It’s McDonald’s and you know what that entails. No kiddie playground here so it’s a good one if you want to avoid that. However, the person that built this (and it’s been rebuilt about three times) really screwed up the parking lot. There is very little parking, and the entrance/​exit is right next to a mall entrance so it’s a real bear trying to get into or out of this place. The drive-​in used to be impossible but they recently redid the drive-​thru and there is no longer a back-​up. For some reason, this McDonalds does not use the ketchup pumps. You have to track down a lady standing in the dining area who has little bags of ketchup in her apron. I don’t get it. But this place is close to the office, and the improvements to the drive-​thru are much appreciated.
