Today was the third stop in at Louisville Glass. The first time in I dropped off a broken door to an inherited grandfather clock. The curved and notched top of the frame and original glass made the replacement fairly difficult to accomplish. I went to the local hardware places and even a few craft stores before getting the name of Louisville Glass. The only challenge in placing the order was in finding the shop’s location. The address and map on the website lead me to a field – so call for directions. The staff was friendly and helpful and told me the glass would take a couple of days. A few days later, they called as the repair was complete. The glass, custom cut, glazed in and delivered for $ 30. While at the shop, I decided to replace my shower door’s bottom seal, as these guys definitely specialize in glass shower doors. Unfortunately, after replacing my old seal, the leak along the bottom still occurred. I went back to the shop thinking I needed a larger seal to stop the leak. They did not recommend replacing the seal again, but instead gave me the parts to solve the problem the correct way. Yes, they did not charge me for the advice or the parts and now I no longer have to worry about the leaky shower.

I have used Louisville Glass for a few different projects over the years and I’ve never been disappointed. They were even able to custom cut glass shelves for cabinets in my kitchen that were damaged by the previous owner. The replacements from Louisville Glass were better quality and fit than the originals, with nicely finished edges. I’d 100% recommend them for any glass project you have, big or small.

We had ordered a round dining room glass table top. It took a very long time. We called to get the status several times. The woman at Louisville Glass was very rude and finally told us she’d return our money. We never got the money even after calling numerous times.
