Louisiana Auto Collision

I chose this shop because of the good reviews on Google. They did an excellent job repairing a bumper, door, and fender. But what really impressed me was their friendly and generous customer service. When I picked up my car, I noticed some overspray on the exterior. I pointed it out to Owner Tony and his crew member, Tommy, and they immediately took care of it with professionalism, courtesy, and kindness. They even buffed out some unrelated blemishes and buffed a headlight cover to like new condition just to be helpful. Most shops would deny responsibility or do the work grudgingly and poorly. For excellent customer service and top notch work, I give Louisiana Auto Collision 5 stars. Try them out. You will be pleased!
