I have used Anderson’s for several years for spring and fall maintenance. Their service staff is professional, polite, and respectful. Their good work has our HVAC system humming along with many years of life left.

We purchased a new heat pump unit from JL Anderson and are on the annual service agreement. What we like about Anderson is that they tell you the truth. The service technicians are courteous and reliable.

I have used JL Anderson for 8 years now. There are few businesses in the HVAC business world that runs their company with as much integrity and high level of competency as JL Anderson Heating and Cooling. Their employees are all top notch, the quality of service exceeds expectations. One example was when I ordered 2 expensive HEPA filters off the internet, but ordered the wrong size. When technician came for our annual service appt., he offered to trade me his 2 larger filters for my wrong sized filters. He saved me the inconvenience of mailing the filters back to The online company. That was going above and beyond, and just one example of why I use this company and refer all my real estate clients their way.

Anderson converted our condo from electric to gas and installed a new furnace, air conditioner and water heater this week, and we couldn’t be happier with the results and the great service. Our salesman, Joe was very thorough, polite and communicated with us every step of the way. The installers were all very professional and helpful. We hardly knew they were there throughout the two– day install. Their work is very well done and tidy. All of the lines, etc. are almost invisible outside and inside. They went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied.
Joe came back the following day for a follow up customer service visit to make sure we were comfortable with the system and all of the features. (We got a Wi-​Fi thermostat, which is awesome, and for about $ 150 is really worth the money!) Joe helped us get that set up for use in the house and also on our smart phones. Very cool!
Joe also helped us communicate with our local gas utility to get the gas lines and meter installed, and he and his office crew did all of the warranty and rebate forms for us. They took all of the hassle out of the process for us.
All in all, the process couldn’t have been easier. I would… and will… recommend Anderson for anything you for your heating and cooling. Thank you, Joe, Jeff and the whole Anderson team!

We had a major problem with our fire pit. Gas was leaking. Called Anderson Heating and Cooling, and I was able to set an appointment that day. What a relief! Ron came out. He gave me several options. Very knowledgable. He fixed our problem. GREAT service. I would strongly recommend Anderson to anyone who had an issue with heating and cooling.

I am an Assistant Pastor at Charity Baptist Church in Lafayette and we had to have some work done on our multiple units throughout the church. Just so you know, our building is REALLY old and the wiring and such is horrible. The service tech (Jared) who services all of our units did a great job of identifying and explaining the ones we were having problems with, and then giving us a cost efficient solution to fixing those problems. We honestly are incredibly happy with the service that he provided, and will definitely be using Anderson in the future for our HVAC needs. If you’re a business who needs someone you can trust to do your HVAC work then call Anderson’s, and my personal recommendation would be to ask for Jared to be the service tech to visit you because through our experience we learned we could trust him to be honest and open about the problems and the cost of fixing the problems. Okay I got on here to just write a short sentence and ended up writing a book, so I’m done.

Anderson H&C provided great service. We worked through Lowes to purchase and arrange the entire thing, and it was painless and simple. The pricing structure was comparable to a number of other estimates I had received over the past year, but going through Lowes allowed me to get a small discount (military). Joe from the company came out and provided great information to us and helped walk us through the multiple selections for the furnace and the AC unit. Joe was great also by providing us all the documents for receiving rebates… it was all bundled and organized and highlighted. We just signed and submitted. The team also walked us through the thermostat controls. When we had a question, Joe came right out. Highly recommend them.

The servicemen over at Anderson’s really know what they are doing. True professionals. They arrive quickly after a call and get things up and running in no time. Jared, one of their top-​notch techs really showed respect for our home when he wore shoe covers from the second he walked in and cleaned up after himself before he exited. I’m sure all of the other guys show that same care. Highly recommend this group!

Anderson installed a new heat pump furnace, air handler and air conditioner for us in August 2013. They carry and service quality Trane products. Joe inspected our home and provided quotes for two or three different new system options. He also provided customer information from previous clients and answered every one of our questions. The installation went smoothly over two days. For the combination of quality Trane equipment and great service, Anderson is our vendor of choice.
