I have resolved all the past issues I had with the property management and I would recommend Iron men to anyone looking for someone to rent from. They do truly seem to care about making things right for their renters, even after someone has left the property. The owner himself called me and we had a very nice discussion about the horrible property management that was handling the property we rented before iron men took it over. I am pleased with how things ended and would rent from them again!

My husband and I have been renting from Iron Men for almost 3 years. Whenever there were issues, they were always quick to respond. And they really cared about keeping the property full of good tenants and the exterior looking fresh. A couple examples of their thoughtful service to us through the years:
1. The owner himself came out to clean gutters and repair them when I reported some leaks and improper drainage during heavy rain.
2. The lights on the exterior of the building are on a timer and sometimes wouldn’t come on at night when I would get home from work late. So the property manager said he would leave them on ²⁴⁄₇ (hello big electricity bill) just to keep residents safe at night. Now a new timer is being installed. I am so grateful for a quick and caring response to my inquiry.
We love where we live! And we couldn’t be happier with the management.
