I took my Galaxy 5s that had a broken screen to them. It was fixed and it was ready for pick up at the time they told me! It works great and I had no problems. Excellent Customer Service.

Excellent service and repaired quickly! The customer service here is phenomenal. The store it’s self is rather small, and their selection of phones left a little to be desired. We got my husbands galaxy 5 repaired here as well as my daughter’s iPhone 4S. The prices were a little high, but we decided the 90 day warranty and it’s included piece of mind were worth it. Both of our phones were fixed within an hour, they gave us a call when they were done, which was an hour and a half sooner that they estimated for us. The devices have been mostly problem free. The iPhone had an issue with the screen popping up, but we took it back in and they out another screen on for us,(the technician came out from the back and clearly explained how it was a common issue and was well within the terms if the warranty), at no cost to us. The customer service here is bar none, as well as the fact they stand behind their work. Trust these guys with your phone, they’ll take care if you.

This place is frustratingly incompetent, and unless you have a phone that they have worked on 1,000 times before, I suggest you look elsewhere for repairs. On Saturday, September 26th, I took my Lumia 1520 in to have the LCD replaced, after I accidentally dropped the phone on the sidewalk. Repair #1, they replaced the screen, but broke the front-facing camera. Repair #2, 3 days later, they replaced the logic board(for the camera), but broke the screen again. Repair #3, over 1 week later, they replaced the screen but broke the microphone and vibration motor. Each time, the phone was given back to me under the guise of being«repaired», when in fact it appears that nobody even tested it. I gave up after 3 attempts, and I now have a phone with only a semi-functional screen and no microphone. The guy that worked on my phone, «Spencer», came off as unprofessional, and generally not knowing what was going on(e.g., Repair #3 was delayed by a day because they«couldn’t get their mailbox open»? As if that’s my problem?) I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs if you have a Windows Phone, because they don’t appear to have any clue how to work on them.
